I would highly recommend Irbis. After a couple of communication errors with the office, Tim (manager) stepped in and made everything right. The tech William is fantastic. There where a couple issues with the install of the new gas valve in my Carrier furnace, but William would not give up. He stuck with it and…
William Vazquez was the repair man sent by Irbis when our Carrier furnace system stopped putting out heat. He determined the mother board was the problem and also noted the fan motor was going to wear out pretty soon. He ordered the parts which were still just within the warranty, and came back and installed the…

I’ve used IRBIS before to repair my AC unit. This time my gas furnace wasn’t working properly. But of course, as soon as Steven showed up to inspect the furnace, it was working properly. 🤦🏻♂️ Thankfully Steven said if the issue comes up again this winter, they won’t charge the diagnostic fee. Steven was very…

Great presentation, timely notification, extremely professional, thorough, clean and hard working technicians. Overall, very impressive 5 STARS! Thank you, IRBIS.
The heating system in my house stopped working during a rainy cold night in March, and my nest controllers lost power. I did my own diagnosis and found out it was due to a bad gas valve in the furnace. Replacing it requires a lot of labor and safety measures (prevent leaks, etc.), so I went with IRBIS to fix it.…
