It is very rare these days to get great service from a company. Today was a delightful day when we got that great service. We were very impressed with knowledgeable, patient and super professional service technician Kenneth. He fixed our AC, answered all our questions and explained all the options we have. IRBIS is top notch. They are responsive and easy to schedule with. The techs are always on time. Kenny did a great job today on my standard HVAC maintenance and doing a couple of repairs. I've also had Mateo and Francisco out to do work on my home's HVAC and they were also great.
