I can't express how happy I am to have my parents at Ivy Park at Fullerton! After touring many places, I can confidently say that we made the best choice. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff who genuinely care about the residents. The variety of delicious food options is impressive—there's something for everyone, and my parents rave about the meals every day! The activities offered are robust and engaging, ensuring that residents stay active and social. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, making it feel like a home rather than just a facility. I am so grateful for the peace of mind I have knowing that my parents are in such a wonderful place. Thank you, Ivy Park, for providing such an exceptional environment for our loved ones! Staff is wonderful but management is cruel and corrupt. Since Ivy Park took over ownership of this facility it has become a heartless money grabbing corporation and caring about the residents is not on their agenda. They have cut the staff in half to the point of being dangerous. Do not put your family member at this facility. Their doctor on staff falsely bills Medicare and the i nsurance companies for services he has not given and Ivy Park is in on it. They let my dad be alone for over 10 hours with out checking on him. He fell and broke his shoulder and they let him sit all day in pain. Extreme pain. Many other residents have been neglected by this doctor and some have died. We have reported them and will be following up with authorities.
