John was a real problem solver and didn’t give up trying to repair my microwave. I ordered a part which came in broken and it would’ve been easier for him to just say he couldn’t fix it, but he continued to try different things and finally resolved the problem. I highly recommend J and J to repair any appliance at a very fair price.
Jay & Jay rocked!! Came out, diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and arrived on time to repair switches on older microwave. My twins are happy and can cook their own breakfast in the morning. Microwave Popcorn is on agenda for tonight with a movie. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
