Is Jack the Roofer any good?

this is our first time using Jack the Roofer and was super impressed with the customer service and completed repair

EXCELLENT WORK

Highly recommend! Showed up on time and did a thorough evaluation of the roof. Recommended only what was needed and pricing was fair.

Trusted Jack the Roofer. They took photos of my roof to show the areas in need of repair. Work was done and I am pleased with the service provided.

The most though roofer I have ever dealt with on my many roofs. I will use him from now on...so glad I got referred to him!!

Awesome company to work with. Super communicative and punctual! Thank you for everything!

Jack the Roofer has been our go-to for a number of roof fixes. I trust them and I know they'll be honest and do a great job.

Getting our roof repairs done through this company was an incredibly smooth process. From the start, everyone at Jack the Roofer was friendly and professional. Jake was super about answering my questions. He also was great at communicating a timeline for our repairs as well as keeping me informed about how the…

Once again Jack The Roofer comes through with another excellent roof repair. We lived at this tile roof home for 27 years. We sold the home and needed another repair done very soon based on the buyers home inspection. With limited time before closing we contacted Jack's roof repair and 3-days later they came out…

I've had them out twice now over the years and they're always professional, competent, thorough, friendly and get the job done without drama. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! I've been struggling to find a good contractor to do repairs on my home. I called Jack the Roofer hoping to get an estimate on a roof repair from a hail storm. Jack came out to do a free estimate. I love how knowledgeable Jack is, and detected the repairs that needed to be done right…

Great value and professional customer service.

Excellent service and support. Didn’t take me over the coals to get the job done and will use them for a lifetime! Outstanding service!!

Great job. They did all that was necessary to make it right.

Jack earned a 5 star rating. He's very responsive to your needs from the beginning of the process to the end! He made life a lot easier as we needed part of our tile roof repaired + damaged siding replaced, & a complete outdoor house paint job. His work crew did an outstanding job! Ken & Tami

I've used this company more than once, so that should say something about them. I have known Jack for years and he has done both roofs and gutters for me. I have several rental properties and my personal residence that have all seen Jack. I recommend him and his company and I personally will use them again.

My roof tiles are apparently held on by bubblegum and hope, so Jack has been a frequent visitor whenever the wind gets over 5mph. His office is always responsive and gets me on the schedule ASAP, which is ideal when the damaged area is facing the street and your HOA is...*ahem*. He will also do roof-adjacent repairs…

Jack and his crew are very professional and did a great job replacing our tile roof. We would highly recommend Jack The Roofer for all your roofing needs.

Jack and his team were very helpful in getting a cracked tile replaced on my concrete tile roof. His team is very responsive and easy to get a hold of- even over the weekend. Jack completed a free roof inspection and was honest in that no other repairs were needed. Jack worked with me to make sure the color match on…

I had a few issues over the past couple of years with my roof leaking in various places. Jack came out to diagnose the situation and fix the issues. Jack and his team are really nice and nice to work with. I had great experiences and would definitely use Jack the Roofer again, although I hope my roofing issues are…

Jack was extremely easy to work with. He was on-time, professional, responsive and corrected our roof problems. What more could you ask for?!

I refer Jack the Roofer to all my clients who are in need of roof replacement or repairs. I trust them to be honest in their evaluations and to provide fair estimates. The team's communication is top-notch and they keep you updated on the progress of the project. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond…

I wanted to take a moment to give the highest praise to the entire team at Jack the Roofer! We were alerted to interior exposures by our house painters and the JTR team inspected and noticed damage beyond what we were expecting! They helped us get through the insurance process, get our roof warranty squared away and…

Jack the Roofer did a wonderful job on repairing loose and missing tiles on my roof. They are professional and honest!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

My house had water ingress on rainy windy days that left a water stain on the ceiling. Jack came out, crawled in my itchy close quarters attic at no charge, and identified the leak coming in through a vent pipe. Was very honest about his findings (roof itself was in excellent condition) and clearly explained his…

Great experience! Saw a broken concrete tile on my roof, Jack came out and looked at it and also found a few others. He located some of the discontinued tiles to match, and installed them timely. Repair pricing was very reasonable, will be recommending to anyone looking for a roofer.

Jack handled our repair personally, which I genuinely appreciated. He was knowledgeable, efficient and the problem was significantly less than what I had assumed it might be. I was concerned that the leak would need to be repaired from the inside, which meant tearing out drywall, but he could trace exactly what…

Very efficient service and a reasonable price. They were careful to show us the shingle damage and explain the repairs needed.

Our gutters were 25 years old and too small... and not adjustable. Jack the roofer replaced our gutters with bigger ones and make some repairs where water wasn’t hitting the gutters. Very happy with the upgrade and repairs! Definitely recommend their services!

Reasonable price, excellent service. Our neighbors like him as well. Thanks jack and Catherine

Had a leak in my roof. I called another roofer to take a look at it and that guy said my roof vent was wrong size plus there are some issues with the caulking around the vent. The quote he gave me was pretty steep, even that he won't give me any guarantee if replacing the vent will fix the leak. I called Jack for…

We had employed Jack the Roofer a couple of years ago to install guards on all of our gutters (a stellar installation at a very good price), so when we discovered we had a small leak on the second floor that only appeared during periods of constant rain (of at least 6 hours or so), we figured it was probably the…

Jack and his team were great! They came out quickly to take a look at my roof, and attempted to schedule my job quickly. Good ol' winter weather got in the way and we had to reschedule a few times. In the end they just squeezed me into the end of a day to avoid a snow storm coming the next day. Very nice and…

Jack does the kind of service that takes all the annoyance out of things breaking. He let's you know what's up in a straight forward manner. He also is known to go above and beyond. Our house inspector told us of a leak in our roof so we called Jack to come fix it. It was such a simply fix that he didn't charge us.…

Had some storm damage on the roof. Jack was very responsive and professional. Repair was completed professionally at the time I was told it would be completed. The repairman was professional, prompt and efficient! Nothing but good to say about the experience! I’d recommend to anyone needing roof work!

Jack the Roofer was great to work with. His team was very professional and kept in communication with me through the whole process. They handled all the insurance paperwork and dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn't have to. A delight to work with, would recommend to anyone. :)
