Great service from Ms Helen! Done with easy and in a timely manner!
False advertising will never use again. Billed me $449. For basic tax preparation. What a joke. Advertised at $49-$149.. perform tax preparation at Walmart starting at $50. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
Ms. Helen Brown, with Jackson Hewitt is a lead tax preparer and did an outstanding job on filing my 2025 tax return. I recommend Jackson Hewitt's knowledgeable tax specialist and tax services. Thank you. Jeanine Hegwood
Helen Brown did a fantastic job helping me file for my deceased Grandma. She was very kind and helped me get everything settled. I will definitely be returning to do mine!

Erika Scheufele, did a fantastic job, made us comfortable from the beginning. She is very clear, concise, and fantastic people skills. Worked through everything clearly checked everything and made it relaxing and enjoyable.
Helen did a good job doing my taxes. She was thorough in explaining them to me. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Jackson Hewitt due to your fees. My taxes are very simple and paying over $400 to have them done is ridiculous. Thankfully I got a $100 off for loyalty. But over $300 is still too much.
Erika Scheufele at the May location was GREAT!!!

Mrs. Helen was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was patient with me as she provided me with clarity and understanding about my taxes. All while she made small talk to keep me entertained during empty space moments. I appreciate this lady's professionalism, integrity, honesty. Need more like her. GO MRS. HELEN, YOU ROCK!!!
