Elizabeth Schroeder was exceptionally sweet and professional! Very much made it easy and well understood.
I originally worked with a tax preparer named Neil in Woodburn, and he was great. He seemed very knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and got my taxes moving quickly. I felt confident everything was being handled correctly while working with him. Unfortunately, after he left and my taxes were transferred to the…

Very professional without being "stuffy". Genuinely welcoming and very easy to ask questions of. Taxes done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
I was in and out fairly quickly, and got more back than I had expected! This is my third year having my taxes done here, and I am satisfied!
I had to leave to go get more documents and they were able to squeeze me in between other appointments to get my taxes finished that same day. And thank you very much
Victoria did a great job in every way. This is the second time she has done our taxes and we will have her do them in the future.
Cheryl Whittle took great care with our 2025 tax return this year, which was a complicated year for us. She did an incredible job and took time to answer all our questions, and we had lots of questions in that we had just moved to Oregon a few months ago. We would highly recommend Cheryl at Jackson-Hewitt in Salem…
