Elizabeth Schroeder was exceptionally sweet and professional! Very much made it easy and well understood.
Beth was so friendly, professional and worked quickly to get my mom’s taxes done. This is our first year with them and they will be our tax people from now on. Thank you Beth :)
Not really impressed. I guess if you just want basic service where someone just plugs the numbers into the computer and the computer does it thing then I guess it’s worth it.
One of the best experiences we've ever had! Lovely staff, very professional, welcoming, friendly and our agent was very knowledgeable 😉 We are so happy with our refund! We will definitely be coming back every year to file our taxes with Jackson Hewitt ♥️ Alma Patricia and Jonathan Lamb
I just moved to Oregon from the Buffalo, NY area & I was getting desperate to find a competent tax professional that could help me with my State of New York 2025 return then I was fortunate to find Sheryl at Jackson Hewitt in Salem!! Rosemary does a wonderful job with my taxes every year. She's very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I always have confidence in her ability to do my taxes correctly.
Our tax preparer, Rose Marie was very friendly and professional. She was patient with us and shared her knowledge and wisdom of preparation of taxes and filing. We will definitely be coming back next year and hopefully, we can send some other customers your way
I was in and out fairly quickly, and got more back than I had expected! This is my third year having my taxes done here, and I am satisfied!
Cheryl Whittle took great care with our 2025 tax return this year, which was a complicated year for us. She did an incredible job and took time to answer all our questions, and we had lots of questions in that we had just moved to Oregon a few months ago. We would highly recommend Cheryl at Jackson-Hewitt in Salem…
