Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication of the technicians, noting that the company handles various services like drain unclogging, water heater replacements, and fixture installations. Positive reviews often highlight reasonable pricing and the office staff's helpfulness in scheduling appointments. However, lower-rated experiences cite issues with incorrect diagnoses, billing discrepancies, and work requiring immediate follow-up visits to resolve problems.

Jackson Plumbing is a 5 star company From the time you call for an appointment to having our faucet installed by Andres it was a great experience Good prices and good employees
Very professional, very friendly, very efficient. Absolutely recommend Jackson Plumbing as well as Chris, my technician!
My toilet was leaking. The first guy came in, lifted the toilet and changed the base. Still leaking. The second guy came like a doctor, immediately find the problem and fixed fast. The second visit cost me nothing. Very reasonable and professional.

Thank you for taking the time to give a 5 star review Gil!😃
Everything went great. Ryan listened to what I wanted to do and in no time he was finished. Gave me information on what I needed to do in the future for a possible job. I will continue to give you my business for any plumbing issues that I have.
I am a residential property manager and Jackson is my go-to plumber for all my properties as well as my home. The office staff is always kind and patient and the technicians who do the work are very knowledgeable and professional. Jacksons pricing is very competitive to other local plumbers but their service is above the rest in my opinion. 5 stars all day!
Jackson Plumbing did a great job. My kitchen sink was clogged. We tried everything before calling Jackson. They showed up on time and went to work. It took very little time for them to solve my problem. The men were very professional and friendly. They explained what cause the clog and how to prevent it from happening again. I will call them again if I have another plumbing problem.

Fast service, professional, affordable, absolutely knew how to tackle my drain issues. I will using them in future if I even need a plumber again.

We chose Jackson because we know they are reputable, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. We were having an issue with our main house trap. Chris came to assess the problem and then an estimate was promptly sent. We procured an estimate from another company, but their advice was contrary to Jackson’s. After a bit of research on our own with our township’s ordinances, we found that Jackson was correct in their solution. J.R., our technician, along with his assistants, were on time and completed the job in the time frame written in our contract. We had zero complaints about anything. They were cordial and answered all of our questions along the way. The clean-up was great! We will always call Jackson for our plumbing needs.
Courteous, prompt, professional!! Always my go to plumber! Happy to recommend them!!
