To start out, I went to a big box store first. Told they have whole list of installers.👎 only one. Couldn’t install until next week after being told one or two days. Cancelled that install, called Jackson plumbing, got it done by 230👍. Price was lower than big box. My wife was working from home, said Chris was…

We had water heater replaced . Seems to be working fine. Would like receipt for payment, please.
Fast and complete. Even took time to answer all my many questions. What's not to like?
My water heater suddenly passed away on a Wednesday afternoon. It was 14-years old and had lived a good life. Jackson Plumbing came out the very next day to give me an estimate on a tankless water heater. The installation day came and I was so excited. Right away, the installer was personable and spent some time…
Excellent service. Thank you.
Great service!! Came out right away to replace my water heater.
Prompt response and great service.
Had a new toilet installed by another plumber in the master bedroom upstairs. It started leaking downstairs they fixed it twice until they stopped taking my calls. I called Jackson plumbing because my parents had always used them. Someone came right over the next few days and have not had a problem since. I have found my new plumber!

I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get us a new hot water tank first thing Tuesday. Installers were efficient, prompt, courteous, professional, respectful, diligent, and above all competent. Highly recommended.
I went from a tank to a tankless water heater; my family and I put it to the test over the weekend and not a complaint. Jackson Plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable, modern on their quote and payment system. Their technician JR and team that made the modifications and moved the unit to a nearby wall were…

You have a great employee in RJ. He was helpful and kind when he knew I was upset. First fixed the leaky valve then came back on Friday to install the new water tank. He even had the appointment changed to due it first thing. Thank you Jackson Plumbing. I will spread the word.

Always good quality work from Jackson Plumbing. I had a water backup system put in a few years ago and also a new water heater. Working great!
Needing an emergency service call because your water tank burst is not the best way to start the new year, but Jackson's is the best way to get it resolved. Special shout-out to J.R. who came out at 8:30 p.m. from Fairview to Erie to do the removal and install. J.R. was very pleasant and professional. Even working…

The team was great. They were on time ( actually a little early) they worked diligently & installed the new hot water system, cleaned the area & removed all the debris. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. Thanks Jackson Plumbing. You continue to be our go to . . .
The two young men that did the work did a great job! Kudos!!
Having dealt with numerous plumbers in the past, and having less than favorable experiences, I decided to try Jackson Plumbing. Our old hot water tank had been leaking and needed to be replaced. Karen provided fantastic information about a Navien tankless hot water heater, and while I was on the phone with her,…
My water heater died on a Sunday. I tried for two days to find a plumber who would install a new tank for me. On the evening of the second day without hot water, I sent a request to Jackson Plumbing. Karen called me first thing the next morning. Karen was awesome. She calmed me down enough to obtain all the…
The work was started on time, not early not late, which is important for people who work from home. They were organized and efficient. They did a very neat and tidy job installing the tankless water heater. Nothing was sloppily put together. Will definitely be using them again.
From the initial call for the work to the completion of the work, Jackson Plumbing was courteous. This was our first time using their services. The cost for the installation was stated up front in the initial call. They were very careful when bringing the old water heater out and bringing in the new water heater…
Contacted Jackson Plumbing as I wanted an "on demand" (tankless) water heater and water softener installed. Seth (Scott Jackson's son) was assigned the project as he had been trained on the specific water heater to be installed. Seth was prompt, kept me informed throughout the installation, and was the consummate…
When my 27 year old water tank finally let go in the middle of the night, I called Jackson Plumbing the next morning around 8am. Seth (3rd generation Jackson, I think he said) was at my house a couple hours later installing a new one. I was so appreciative of the quick response time! Seth was nice, personable,…
Professional & Personable. It was so kind for Scott Jackson to work with, Joseph Starr, & Nick Giuffre of Bradford & White to replace my Hot Water Heater; especially, as October 2020 is ending. Mr. Jackson sent, his son Seth to my home to replace the entire 40 Gallon Hot Water Heater; gratis, in record time. Seth…
