Reasonable price; after payment confirmed, they were there in 20 min!! Even sent me a pic of my car at the repair shop. If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call 😃
Very fast and reliable service. Affordable.
We had the best experience with Randy. Not only did he figure out how to get our lowered car(with a flat that was completely on the ground) up on to the truck, but had the most welcoming smile and personality, providing amazing conversation on the what we expected was going to be awkward car ride. WE LOVE RANDY!!!
Randy was fast insufficient and very professional came out right on time. We appreciate him one of the best guys we know.
record timing tow! thank you randy for the amazing service!!!
Absolutely best discounted towing ever.
Randy was great! He was friendly on the phone, fast to pick up my car, and sent photos every step of the way. It sucks to need a tow, but the process of getting a tow from Jax Discount Towing made the situation suck a whole lot less.
Nice, helpful, and reasonably priced. Randy was at my pick up location within an hour. Highly recommended.
Mr.Randy was quick and very polite. My car was 25 mins away from my home and it felt like he got it to me within 15 . Would Recommend
Quick and easy towing experience!
Randy was the one who helped me get my truck to the shop after it broke down near an exit. I had to leave it there until I could arrange a tow, and I’m so glad I chose this company! Randy handled everything while I was away and kept me updated with pictures during both pickup and drop off, which gave me great peace…
They’re great here! He got there very quickly even late at night. Their rates are very reasonable and they’re my first call whenever I need a tow.

Randy arrived quickly was friendly and had all the skills necessary to extract my f150 from a tight parking space and load it onto his flatbed. We dropped my truck at a storage space without any issues and the trip was smooth randy may be a magician. The price was fair and service was great. 5 star service all around!

Amazing company! Driver met me at a bar & I took him to my truck on the side of the highway. Very friendly and respectful. My truck is massive and he had no problem getting it on the flat bed. Smooth like butter.

They did a fantastic job towing me from Jacksonville to Yulee and he was very reasonable on the price. They allowed me to ride with them to the tow destination and was extremely polite . Very professional and he knows what he is doing - I'll be using them whenever I need a tow, even if cheaper options are available.
We have never had a car towed before but after our car died yesterday (and wouldn’t restart with a new battery) we had our first experience. Jax Discount Towing made it fast & easy!! Said he’d be there in 20 mins and showed up in 15, he was so friendly and careful with our car and got it up on his truck very…
The driver came extremely quick and was very professional, would definitely recommend.
A big shout out to Jay! After about a dozen calls & quotes his price was the best, hands down. He was prompt, efficient, friendly & professional…a hard combination to meet, let alone beat! Thanks so much for your help today.
Arrived before his quoted time, he went above and beyond to get the vehicle that was stuck in park out of park. Also checked our vehicle in at the service desk at Ford dealership. A+++
Guy was there when he stated, and very courteous and careful.
I spoke to Jay to have my vehicle towed. He was very polite and was able to get my vehicle where it needed to be and the key handed off to whom it needed to be handed to. The price was the best I found and fair. I'll be dealing with them from this point out.
Jay came 15 mins early assested the problem and got the job donequickly and very professionally. When others came and acted like it was such a big job they couldn't do it. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Needed my car to get moved from a dealership back to my home. They were quick, inexpensive, and professional. Great experience.
I called and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Jay was professional and took every precaution to minimize additional damage to me vehicle. He gave me a ride home with my car and charged what I believe to be a very reasonable amount. I’ve saved their number in my contacts in the event that I need to have a vehicle towed again.
Jay was extremely helpful and had no problem giving me and my car a ride home! And they’re affordable!
