Needed a tow because my TRS went out and car wouldn’t start. I knew it was going bad, it was just a matter of time… I tired clearing the code for easy fix to drive to the mechanic to no avail, so I called Jay. He warned me it might be a couple hours, but called me back and said it would be 15 minutes. Since the TRS…
I’m very satisfied with the help I received from Jay Fam Towing. The team was friendly, prompt, and careful with my vehicle from pickup to drop-off. Their Towing services made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville, FL needing reliable towing assistance.

Best towing in town Trustworthy, Respectful, Honest, didn't get to take advantage of the situation, just honest money. I respect them so much! Will recommend to everyone.
No lie I was in a low key bad situation… I just paid to get my car serviced with a company and boom 💥 right after… no vale (no good) I called Jay Fam Towing and they were able to send someone to help within a short amount of time…. Even though a tow wasn’t required (due to the knowledge they have with vehicles)…
If you're searching around for the best rate on a tow truck you can stop. I've already done the work for you. Jay has the best rate and he is the most professional at this occupation. He goes above and beyond what's needed to make sure your vehicle is towed correctly and safely. He towed a Corvette for me and showed…
Called on a Sunday afternoon and got a rapid response to my breakdown. I was lucky enough to get the car running and back to my house but they stood by in case I had problems and wouldn’t take any money for their time and effort. Will be my go to towing company for anything on the area.
I needed a quick tow to the shop. Jay Fam Towing was fast, responsive, and professional. Got it done same day and I had zero issues.

Jay was quick to respond at night and was able to tow my car with a broken control arm. This is your guy to call.

Professional service. Came through and arrived quick. Best in jax
First off, great tow company and very reasonably priced! I was treated with respect from the first interaction up to the last. He showed up on time exactly when he said they would be and was very respectful. I was quoted at half the cost of what every other company I called. He treated my BMW like a pro and knew…
Jay helped us so much during our unfortunate ordeal. We were driving from out of town when we noticed something wrong with our car so we got off the interstate and had a tire blow out in front of Jay’s house! He was ready to help us change the tire but the damage was more extensive so he towed us to the body shop…
Look for all the ways you would want a business to serve and treat you and they’ve done it. I waited for a tow for 6 hours through my insurance agency. I was on the side of I-10 in a VERY dangerous situation. I called Jay, he answered immediately and got to me in 45 mins. Everyone was quoting 3 hours or not coming…
I cannot praise him enough for the help he provided me. First of all, he was very affordable. He got to me in the quick 30 minute time frame that he told me he would, and he towed me car. He even went above and beyond by discussing what was going on with my car to determine what the possible issue was. . As a woman,…
