Super kind from beginning to end. From the scheduler, to the follow-up verification call, to the plumber (Joe) who did an amazing job fixing the disposal. Such a great business to work with.
Our outside water spigot has been dripping for years. Even when the outside spigot and the basement water valve are shut off, it still drips. I contacted JD's Plumbing. Jonny came out, inspected the area, and determined that replacing the water valve in the basement and the outside spigot would stop the leak. And…
Mike from JD Plumbing came out to our home to snake our down spouts. He worked his butt off trying to get through debri, mud, and tree roots in my downspouts. He gave us great recommendations to help keep the water out of our basement. We truly appreciate his hard work, and guidance. Thank you Mike and thank you…
I want to express my complete satisfaction with the work done on my kitchen’s slow drain. Mike and Ben were incredibly professional. Before starting, Mike took the time to explain both the best and worst-case scenarios, which I truly appreciated. They completed the job efficiently and left the area spotless. I will…

Excellent! Very helpful!
JD's Plumbing helped bail me out twice in 7 days. The main water line in our basement had sprung a leak at the bleed valve and started spraying water all over the wall and floors. Thankfully I was able to shut everything off and make a quick call. They squeezed me in and everything was back up and running in few hours. The following week they came back and added a gas shut off behind the stove and hooked everything up for me. Price was reasonable and everyone was really friendly and respected my home. I've used JD's in the past in redoing some old deteriorating supply lines behind our water heater and that experience was exactly the same. Friendly, professional, on time, and respectful of my home. It's becoming much more difficult to find good contractors and often times you're basically on your own. It's nice to know these guys are solid and have plumbing covered so I don't have to hesitate if I ever need them!
Super kind from beginning to end. From the scheduler, to the follow-up verification call, to the plumber (Joe) who did an amazing job fixing the disposal. Such a great business to work with.
Joe was professional, polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The office answered all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. Quality work at reasonable prices. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.
Had a new reverse osmosis system installed in kitchen and a new shower/tub installed in bathroom. Everything looks fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Mike and Brian got here on time and went right at the problem. They used cameras and snakes to find the blockage and clean it out. They were very thorough and cleaned the area so you couldn’t tell they were even there. What else can you ask for??? Highly recommend.
Our outside water spigot has been dripping for years. Even when the outside spigot and the basement water valve are shut off, it still drips. I contacted JD's Plumbing. Jonny came out, inspected the area, and determined that replacing the water valve in the basement and the outside spigot would stop the leak. And he was right. Everything works perfectly. From pulling in to leaving, maybe 30 minutes. Great price too! Jonny is very nice and professional.
I had a leak in pipe outside house. They came over and provided a quote and did the work within a week. Super professional and provided best price with no hard upselling which I really appreciated. They will be my first call for all future issues I have.
I called JD's to fix several problems related to a recent bathroom remodel. Johnny and Joey arrived the day I called. They fixed all the issues (there were many and major). Price was reasonable and quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Used JDs for 2+ years, giving them thousands of dollars in business and referrals, ignored mistakes they made on multiple jobs as I was happy to support a local business, to only have a near $1000 job fail, and them accuse us of not paying a bill over a year later after admitting their own techs lose paperwork and turn it in late, etc. and want to charge to fix the job they admittedly did incorrectly. Extremely unqualified and unprofessional. Also as other reviews stated, overpriced, especially for the lackluster work you get. Use literally ANYONE else.
Karmen, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We take concerns like this seriously and want to provide some clarity. Over the past three years, we completed multiple service visits across two properties, totaling $1,829—not “thousands” for a single job as stated. During your most recent call, our technician inspected your system and confirmed there was no blockage in the storm line. The pipe you referenced was an abandoned sump pump discharge line that had been properly rerouted and capped during previous work. This is standard practice to avoid unnecessary demolition and additional cost to the homeowner. Given the record rainfall we experienced, minor water intrusion around that old line can occur and is not indicative of a failed installation. While reviewing your account, we also identified a clerical error where a portion of completed work was not billed at the time. This was an internal mistake, not an attempt to mislead, and we addressed it once discovered. We always aim to provide honest, high-quality service and stand behind our work. However, we will not tolerate disrespectful communication toward our team. We wish you the best moving forward.
