Always great service! Mechanics are personable and efficient! Always a pleasant experience!
Been coming to this Jiffy Lube since moving to Cedar Rapids 8 years ago. 2 vehicles each a couple times per year. ALWAYS fast, friendly service without the high pressure up sales I’ve experienced at other places. And the regularly have coupons so paying full price is not a thing.
went in on a midday saturday and they got me in very quickly. Were thorough and courteous. Only drawback, it was 100 degrees out and the waiting room is not very large and had to sit out in sun.
Marion Iowa Jiffy Lube has an excellent group of friendly and courteous technicians. Been a customer for over 10 years!

Very fast and friendly!
Very fast service. Easy peesy
It was quick and very nice simple explanation for what kind oil change and pricing.
They do a good efficient job for me every time I use them. I wish they had a base level 4 Esther based oil which is a true synthetic oil. Rather then the full synthetic named oil which is a base level 3 hydro-cracked conventional oil These oils do not have the high temperature resistance needed for turbocharged…
Fast, friendly service.
They’re always so nice and I don’t feel like they pressure you to spend any money you don’t want to. Plus they’re super fast!

Courteous and fast
I drove up and was greeted shortly, given instructions to leave key fob in the car. There was one car in the bay, they were finishing up with. I walked over to Casey’s next door and bought a lotto ticket…checked my cell for a few minutes, walked back and my car was ready shortly. Friendly, fast, helpful service.

I trust them every time
Always great professional service here!
Super fast service! Didn't try to upsell me on anything or make me feel bad about not doing the most expensive oil or anything like that. I was very impressed by their customer service representative as well. Even topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which had been low for two months so I really appreciated that! Will be back for sure.
Fast professional service i was in and out quick. Price is slightly higher than preferred but its not horrible over all I would recommend marion jiffy lube 10 of 10 to friends and family. Thanks!

I love this location. I have been going here for 4 or 5 years. The gentlemen that work there are always so friendly and helpful. Every single time my oil change is done quickly and correctly.
Charged more than a dealership to change my oil. I selected an oil that the rates for 6k miles, but the sticker they put on my windshield said return in 4k miles. Oil change was fine, but won’t be coming back
I've taken my vehicles here for the past 15 years and never had a bad experience.
Very positive experience. Awesome worker. Very thorough. Very quick oil change. An awesome overall experience
Very thorough but efficient oil change and wiper replacement. I went next to have it washed and that took twice as long as the oil change. 😳
Everyone was awesome! I couldn't believe how quick they were! I will definitely be back!
The staff are always helpful. They typically take 5-15 minutes depending on how busy they are, which is great. They always check my fluids and top them off for a small fee. Which is good because I'm not very good about checking it myself. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend.
I got my oil changed in my vehicle and my daughter’s last weekend and both were done in under 7 minutes. Even while there were other customers there. They’re Fast, efficient, and nice to work with. Only place I take my car
I went to the Jiffy Lube in Marion as it’s closest to where I live. There were two cars in the shop when I got there but the staff were almost done with them so I was able to get in almost right away. There were 3-4 techs working on my car at a time so I didn’t have to wait too long for my car to be done. The techs…

Great job guys! Fast. Efficient. Courteous and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!
This place is good. We've been going here for over a decade. Once they wouldn't change our oil because our car was not safe to do so, which was a valid issue, but beyond that, they're good. They aren't high pressure about upgrades, but they do make low- pressure suggestions. They will check extra things if…

After leaving Jiffy Lube, my car did not start after I stop at my aunts house and the manager came over and jumped my car and told me I needed a new battery which was so kind of him to do appreciate the service.
Employees broke my hood latch and did not offer to fix it
