On top of oil change, I had my tires rotated & wipers replaced. 8 was out in under 15 minutes. They had several technicians on hand. It was like having a pit crew at the race track. The gentleman that checked me in gave me options of what I needed & didn't try to oversell me. Very professional service and polite. I…

Always great service! Mechanics are personable and efficient! Always a pleasant experience!
Been coming to this Jiffy Lube since moving to Cedar Rapids 8 years ago. 2 vehicles each a couple times per year. ALWAYS fast, friendly service without the high pressure up sales I’ve experienced at other places. And the regularly have coupons so paying full price is not a thing.
went in on a midday saturday and they got me in very quickly. Were thorough and courteous. Only drawback, it was 100 degrees out and the waiting room is not very large and had to sit out in sun.
Marion Iowa Jiffy Lube has an excellent group of friendly and courteous technicians. Been a customer for over 10 years!
