My experience at JNM auto was fantastic and exceeded expectations. I was treated honestly and professionally in every aspect of my service and would gladly recommend them without hesitation!
Bettina and Jay were super helpful. I came in for an oil change and full point inspection I purchased on Groupon, and left with a new coolant reservoir they ordered for me on the spot. I usually have to have my dad accompany me to appointments like this or call him because people often take advantage, but JNM Auto…
In JNM Auto, everything is awesome. Service, pricing, customer service is the best. They treat you as family. If you go for your car service one time, you will keep going back again whenever you need car service. Because their price is unbeatable. Thank you Mr. Jay And your Team for the great work you guys have done on my cars Keep it up. Clervil.
JNM Auto is 1 of the best around the area. Ive been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and they have always been there for all of my mechanical needs. Jay which is the owner is very knowledgeable on all brands. He's worked on my ford, bmw and honda. They are like family at this point. Definitely recommend JNM Auto for all your mechanical needs.
Great guys, solid communication and very knowledgeable. We will definitely keep bringing our vehicles here!
The best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jay walked me through my inspection and he was educational without being condescending, and gave me great advice on how to keep my car running for a long while. The entire experience was honest and realistic. I’ll definitely…
One of the best auto repair experience!! Jay is proffessional, trustworthy, fair and kind. He includes you in the care of your car, explaining everything and answering all your questions. Even though, I haven't met his wife in person, she was able to straighten out a problem I had with another unprofessional auto…
Great Service, would recommend JNM Auto Service to anyone that needs service completed on their automobile!!
Jay was so kind and helpful. He gave me a thorough description of the work i needed and a very fair + great price. Very quick service!
Good guy, knows his stuff, fast and honest!!!
JNM Auto is certainly my go-to auto shop. I recently moved to Cary and, as a young woman, I am always nervous about taking my car to shops as I have been “burned” in the past because I am not super knowledgeable about cars. However, everyone at JNM is so transparent, honest, and realistic about what needs to be done…
Excelent customer service, very knowledgeable, fair pricing.
Good people, place a little hard to find, good service, affordable, drop off car and go for a walk in downtown Cary 5 mins away!
I was only there to get a oil change, but Jay went the extra mile, and found a loose bolt to my power steering and tighten it up for me and didn't even charge. If it wasn't for him finding that I could have caused even more problems.. Jay is the best and I would recommend him to everyone thanks Jay 👌
I had a really great experience here & highly recommend it to others for trustworthy & fairly priced work! There is always an instinctive hesitation when it comes to auto mechanics due to having been burned in the past or knowing someone who has, but here I believe is an honest small business worth checking out &…
Jay was awesome! Took care of my car right away and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He guided me through what he was doing and showed me parts of my car to keep an eye out for. Very honest and professional auto shop!
They're awesome here...the staff is nice and honest. They don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. I highly recommend you go here.
I'm so glad I found this shop online! Iam new to the area and I didnt know where to go. The owners are really nice. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I needed an oil change and inspection, prices were lower than I expected. The mechanics were courteous, fast and efficient. Ill definitely come back again for all of my cars needs.
Amazing overall experience! 10/10 stars! From beginning to end. I’m originally from NY- and was in town visiting family. When, unfortunately or maybe fortunately enough in hindsight- my cars check engine light turned on. Now, I usually dread mechanic shops- because I usually feel overwhelmed with everything they…
So happy I went to them. They went out of their way to do an oil change and replace an oil filter that had not been replaced by Pep Boys in my last few visits there. Even though they had a difficult time their price stayed the same and was extremely reasonably. I feel I finally found a car repair shop that I can…
The folks here are fantastic! They were timely, friendly and most importantly did an amazing job on my car. Never drove or looked better. Jay is great at lending advice and giving you options. Thank you all again! Very satisfied!
