My service technician, Dawson, was excellent. He saw the issues with the wiring under my sink, and suggested 2 ways to do it. I chose to do a complete rework of the wires providing separate circuits to the two appliances. I was very pleased with the scheduling, and Dawson’s professionalism, knowledge, and work. Thank you!
Trevor and Dawson replaced a complete house electric panel in record time (limiting my time without power) and an electric car charger in my garage. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, kept me updated on what they were doing. Great crew.

We ended up choosing John Betlem to install a new furnace, AC, and thermostat. The sales person (Mike Petrella) was friendly and knowledgeable, and the people who did the installation were great. We will be contacting them again when it's time for maintenance.
