John the tech was great, and so was Darien at dispatch who got me another appointment. The AI system used for scheduling when you call was not great. It asked me for notes for the tech. I left detailed notes about what I needed, and none of that info was passed along to the tech. Minus one star for the AI. 5 stars for the people I worked with.
