The Betlem team is unmatched! I am a pretty stubborn buyer when it comes to large capital improvements for my home. Timely, professional and capable service at a reasonable price. Thorough cleanup after the work accomplished.
The whole experience was very professional and as painless as a full boiler replacement could be. I thought the price was fair for the job. Andrew and Nick did a very tidy job of installing and commissioning the new system.
The company is very attentive, all employees I've been in contact with are caring & efficient. Great quality products & reasonable annual maintenance costs. I have had John Betlem H&C do several jobs, the most recent 8/21/26. Each time I have had the same great experience!
Max, Charles and Cody (Bradley too) made a great team and worked professionally all day. This was a total system replacement and new install of central AC. Friendly and prompt service. Service tech Adam did a great job in repairing our boiler.
Our tech was an hour late to our walkthrough estimate which interfered with both of our meetings as we work from home. First thing out of his mouth was that it would probably cost close to 50k, which is straight up insanity. The next day, Justin Slaughter quoted us for $39,941 for a 5 zone mini-split system. Said…

The Betlem team was professional and very knowledgeable. They installed a new boiler and added two additional zones in our house. The header looks great and they respected my wish for straight lines and right angles to keep the install clean.
The work by all technicians were superb. Miles was great. Dave and the other guys were excellent installing a brand new furnace/ac unit. Works perfectly. I have to say, the way they worked, process and cleanliness after the job was done was the best I’ve ever had with any hvac company. For sure!!!!
Adam & Collin present a good image of Betlem H & C. They were courteous and answered my questions to the fullest. They cleaned up after the installation was completed and asked if I had any unanswered questions. I could not have been more pleased.

I chose John Betlam when my ancient HVAC system gave up in September of 2020. Not only were they able to install a new system quickly, before I really needed it for winter, they also did it in a budget that worked for me with zero sales pressure. I am keeping the maintenance contract I have going as it seems…
I contacted John Betlem because I always hear they are the best. It was a bonus that they were a Carrier dealer as that is the only brand I use. Excellent company. Remember JOHN BETLEM HEATING, COOLING AND ELECTRICAL. NOT Betlem Residential.
We had a new furnace and AC unit installed with new exhaust. We also had a room tied into the HVAC that we were told by other companies would be a problem. Everyone at John Betlem Co was helpful, courteous, and very professional. I want to give a shout-out to Mason, who did the energy assessment required for me to get a grant from NYSERDA. The older I get, the more I don't want to have to worry about "high cost" things breaking down or repairs. I have a service contract with them and I don't worry about that now. Very professional and knowledgeable, really impressed and happy with the service. Love the new furnace!
Had a new tankless hot water heater installed by them recently and am very happy with the service. They were the only company that I had give me quotes to alert me to a NYSERDA grant program that saved me over $2000 in out of pocket costs! They were also the only company that didn't try and force me to make a…
Mike was great, the service done timely and professional
We started getting quotes from HVAC companies because our furnace was 20+ years old and we wanted to be prepared for if it broke, weeks later when we had a problem with it John Betlem sent someone out same day and immediately fixed it for free while scheduling our full replacement for a couple weeks later. They were…
Had an excellent experience from quote to installation. I would certainly be a return customer. Take care of your home, give John Betlem a call. You know the number.
The company's reputation preceded my meeting Frank. After meeting Frank, we quickly understood why the company's reputation was stellar. Frank's interaction with us was great (no pressure, answered all of our questions and exemplified patience). Frank represented the company very.
Comfortable.
Super good company and people to deal with, would not hesitate to use them again.
Betlam has always been a quality service. I've owned two homes over the past 25 yeasrs, and had them install a system in both and service them. They've always been professional, schedule specific times for work, and are very good about keeping those times, or giving plenty of notice if things change. They know what they're doing, and a value as well.
The Service technician was prompt in diagnosing the reason for the failure of our AC unit, the Sales team assessed and provided us with the options for replacement , and Installation team did a great job with the install of our new system. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and the way we were treated throughout the process.
