Betlam has always been a quality service. I've owned two homes over the past 25 yeasrs, and had them install a system in both and service them. They've always been professional, schedule specific times for work, and are very good about keeping those times, or giving plenty of notice if things change. They know what they're doing, and a value as well.

Adam was my Technician and it appears that he is the first tech to get my humidifier working correctly in 16 years after replacing the solenoid and water panel. I'll know more once the weather gets colder but so far , the last few days is a big improvement. Overall the company is great and responds quickly and does a good job on my larger heating system.
