Had great service today on our furnace….I called early this afternoon with our furnace not working properly. They had Marty out within a few short hours and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part we need. Meanwhile the furnace is working for us now and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Billed $443 for a call out. The technician was unable to correctly diagnose or fix the problem. Recommended a $25k system replacement (!!) We called another technician who replaced the capacitor and blower motor and got the system running that day for less than John Betlem's call-out fee. Would not recommend.
