Anthony was very thorough in carrying out our annual furnace maintenance. Found a small issue which he resolved. Great job.
Andrew was professional and thorough. His service was appreciated.
John was thorough in explaining the problem and offering recommendations.
Andrew was awesome, he was polite, very knowledgeable, and got my furnace working , was a pleasure having him doing the repair.
We had a furnace inspection by Amber who identified a cracked heat exchanger in our old furnace. 4 days later Shamus and crew had a new one installed. Our contacts with ALL of the Betlem folks during this process were prompt, competent and very friendly! Couldn't ask for more!!!
Ilya was exceptional today, doing our annual furnace/AC maintenance. He was extremely thorough, efficient, knowledgable and explained everything clearly as he went along. He was highly professional and friendly. We just can’t say enough. Thank you (him) so very much!
Andrew was very knowledgeable and communicated well what the issues were with my boiler. He had the parts and could immediately fix it. I was very happy when he stayed awhile to make sure everything was working.
We are always happy to see Todd for our yearly maintenance or on the few occasions when we have had any issue with our boiler. We trust him to do what needs to be done, every time. The boiler was making a rattling noise which turned out to be the gas valve. Todd made sure the one he had in the truck was the correct…
Professional, Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Ben was not helpful at all!!! He quoted me multiple prices to get my furnace heater up and running. $500+ to install combustion exhaust blower. I have this new part and it should only take 10 minutes to install!!! He was rude and pushy. I am very disappointed with Betlam.
Your service representative was Todd and he was delightful.
Timely, professional and capable service at a reasonable price. Thorough cleanup after the work accomplished.
The company is very attentive, all employees I've been in contact with are caring & efficient. Great quality products & reasonable annual maintenance costs. I have had John Betlem H&C do several jobs, the most recent 8/21/26. Each time I have had the same great experience!
Mark did and excellent job in updating our ductwork. He cleaned up after and answered my questions as he worked. The end product was very neat and functional.
Very courteous & thorough . Although the results weren't what we expected, he offered other alternatives & was very pleasant!
I was not the customer directly, but my family member was. A Betlem Heating and Cooling employee showed my elderly family member a photo of a broken part of their furnace, that was NOT THEIRS. This employee attempted to con my elderly, vulnerable loved one out of thousands of dollars. This kind of behavior is…
Happy customer. Great efficient service. Kind, patient, clean, on time technician Robert.
We have used John Betlem for a number of years now and they gave us fast repair/maintenance service on our previous system and upgraded us to our new heating and cooling system. Our service technician (Zach) was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with John Betlem. 2/1/22 Colin came go check out an error…
Technician arrived according to schedule. He was professional and knowledgeable.
Great service.
Technicians Braden and Jacob came out today to install installation in my basement and attic. They were very polite, introduced themselves, and made sure to explain everything they were going to be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently and showed us pictures of the completed work in the attic crawl space.…
Summary: We spent an hour being poisoned by Carbon Monoxide because of this company's lack of care. These guys replaced our furnace this winter. It took about twice as long as we expected, and as they were leaving I asked the tech, "our CO detector is reading 30 ppm, is that normal?" They assured me it was and…
Mike Parchus is a great technician.. He showed and explained the problem with our unit. Was very capable, efficient and extremely polite
I had my furnace and AC maintenance done by Anthony Gallo. Very nice technician, he explained everything that was going to be completed and if any problems were found he would make a recommendations on what the repair and cost would be up front. Anthony took his time on checking both inside and outside units. He…
Our tech Bobby Giglio did an excellent job and corrected a serious gas valve leak after hours. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair. He made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left.
Brandon arrived on time and took care to let me know the details of the problem with my hearing system. He was terrific to work with and took his time to assure that I understood the repair and cost.
Highly Recommend! Came through for us during a furnace emergency and stood by their work after. Lots of companies can install a furnace not many back their install like them. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and Sean with the Q&A team was awesome. Best price and service we found. Highly recommend!
Ben was great. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding our furnace repair.
Miles did an excellent job repairing my faulty furnace. Luckily no parts were needed and it just needed a clean out. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the problem and the repair process. He was also very diligent testing to make sure zero gas leaks after the…
Thank you Betlem for your help during the recent problems we had with our furnace. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received. The technicians were amazing, John and Ben who helped diagnose the problems and then Brady who installed all the parts and got it working again - all were very…
Andrew was better than outstanding. He showed me every step he was taking to repair my furnace as he was doing it What a benefit to your company to have a lead tech like Andrew. They were also prompt when I needed emergency service that day. Just an overall outstanding experience. Thank you!
The technicians were very friendly and explained all of our options clearly. They repaired the furnace quickly.
Had Matt G. and Brady C. from John Betlam out today to look at a hot water heater that was not keeping up with demand. They dug in and eventually figured out that our house humidifier was running 24/7 constantly sapping our hot water supply. Impressed they figured it out. The hot water heater is finally able to keep…
Prices are not the best, but great customer service and did a great job
Andrew and Kevin recently replaced my water boiler and water tank with a new system. I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness, competence and efficiency. This was my first time with Betlem and won't be my last. I highly recommend them !
Had an issue with the heating system during a cold snap, Betlem sent us Tom who was professional, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you!
Our furnace went out over a cold weekend. The call coordinator was friendly and helpful. He got our tech scheduled the next day Ben the tech was prompt, knowledgeable & shared how to help maintain our unit. Excellent service, great value truly and valuable resource
First time homeowner having my first issue with a furnace. I was able to get quick and professional service that resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. My business has been earned and I will continue working with them for both my furnace and AC needs based on the quality and professionalism of support I had today.
No heat at 2100hrs when it's degrees F outside. Had a great, competent tech there in less than two hours who got it done and going, on a 30+ year old furnace. We need a new one and we will be getting it from them.
Wow. My John Betlem tech was awesome. He explained everything and taught me what to look for during my annual maintenance. The arrival time was same day and the pricing was affordable. These folks just made it onto my speed dial list.
Andrew was very professional and explained things thoroughly.
Andrew was gr8. Proficient and professional. He was easy to ineract with. Whole family felt comfortable. He was knowledgeable about our furnace and parts. I would recommend him and the Betlam team to others . Ty Andrew
The furnace repair technician and his apprentice were highly professional throughout the service call. They clearly explained the issue with the unit and outlined the steps being taken to resolve it. They kept us informed at every stage of the process, and thier friendly personalities made the experience pleasant.
Extremely cordial, Knowledgeable and commitment. Efficient
He was very pleasant and informative. He was clean and got to the heart of the problem quickly. He explained my options and got me in touch with a salesman the very same day.
Courteous, reliable and good communication.
Todd was very through and test all aspects of the furnace before leaving. Greatful that John Betlam was able to come today.
Ben & 1st Lieutenant Dan were Neat, Orderly & Effective — Bringing the Best Version of Themselves to the Issue - No Thanks to Us. From Our Good Graces that We Mightly Strive to Rebuild, to Yours, May Your Stars Continue to Shine Bright. Thank You, Kindly, LWM
On time arrival, professional, quick, careful, simply the best experience that a custom could expect.
Furnace would not turn on, it was of course after 6pm and about 10 degreesout. I HATE the AI person. In emergencies I want to talk to a HUMAN. I even said Emergency and no one was available it said. My husband called as well, after I did, and he got the call back from a human quicker than I did! See AI isn't always…
All employees have been great, have used John Betlem for last 2 houses. Had a new inducer and triple pressure switch installed, original over 15yr old. $1900. Don't know if that's high or right but it the original was getting noisy and had collected water so it had a bit of damage. Waiting to see if the…
Had great service today on our furnace….I called early this afternoon with our furnace not working properly. They had Marty out within a few short hours and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part we need. Meanwhile the furnace is working for us now and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Excellent service. John "Marty" was knowledgeable and explained things to me. Highly recommend.
Billed $443 for a call out. The technician was unable to correctly diagnose or fix the problem. Recommended a $25k system replacement (!!) We called another technician who replaced the capacitor and blower motor and got the system running that day for less than John Betlem's call-out fee. Would not recommend.
Excellent service. Brady was prompt, courteous and professional. We appreciate the service he provided and the time he took to ensure our system is in good working order.
We had issues with our furnace and it was checked out and repaired quickly.
Fairly timely repairs. Technician was polite, worked hard, did acceptable job
Ben did a wonderful job and was very nice in dealing with our 95 year old mom who is hard of hearing but asks a lot of questions. He explained everything and made recommendations for her to keep the furnace running for now.
Bobby was amazing! He troubleshooted the problem I was having with my furnace. He explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand. He was efficient and thorough with his repairs and cleaning. He took the extra time to make sure everything was working correctly before having me sign off. Highly recommend.
Great service. Timely appointment checked entire system prompt repair and maintenance
I worked with John Betlem regarding the issue I had and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I had John Betlem come out to replace a furnace igniter. Everything went smoothly and the tech was very thorough. Later, after the tech had left I noticed a flashing red light on the furnace. It seemed to still be…
Andrew did a fabulous job fixing my condensate drain issue. He did a complete diagnostic and was then able to go ahead and service the furnace while he was here (as I requested), putting his whole upper body inside the unit to make sure that corrosion wasn’t damaging the heat exchanger inside. I felt like this young…
Great company!
Great service and quality work!
Your tech, John Brennan, was amazingly thourogh and detailed. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and found. I couldn't have been more impressed. If we need service in the future, I hope they send John. I have the complete confidence in him.
Mike P was awesome . Very willing to talk to my husband over the phone.
Andrew was excellent. He made sure we would have heat in our home.. we highly recommend him.
I was able to get same day service for my furnace! The technician was able to diagnose my issue and help me come to a resolution.
I had called several times to get someone to come to my home but appts were only available several days away. I was afraid the pipes were going to freeze. My 5 yr old furnace was blowing cold air then shutting off. The house was 59° & never went above 62°. On the 8th day someone came while I was working. My son…
Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable.
Made a great effort to make room for me on a very full schedule . That meant a lot.
Our tech was very thorough and found a small gas leak that we hadn’t noticed. He took his time after the repair, making sure that our standing pilot appliances were up and running. He talked us through the repair, cost, and timeline so we knew what to expect. Very pleased!
Zachary was fantastic! Very polite and kind! I would definitely recommend John Bethlem!
Thomas did a great job in explaining the issue regarding our mini-split. As always, Betlem technicians are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The customer service exceeds expectations!
Very nice young man. Extremely efficient and detailed. He explained everything he did (as I watched) and sent detailed information and photos of his testing all that necessary. Refreshing to have a service so detailed and caring that they do the job right the first time.
very professional, thorough, courteous and efficient service
I appreciated the thorough furnace inspection and the willingness of Dylan H.to explain what he was doing and answering my questions
10 out of 10 as always. Rob called me on his way on Wednesday and essentially explained that because my heat was working once again, that it would be a wasted service fee. So when it stopped again, I knew just what to do. I called over and they got a service fellow *John Clark* who was nothing short of the best of…
We started using John Betlem heating and cooling a couple of years ago or so and we’re very happy with the company especially Ben Finch. We had an issue with our furnace and he came out in the evening and used his magic and fixed it until the part could be ordered. He then came back to install it a few days later.…
Most knowledgeable boiler person we have had here yet. Instructed us on best maintenance practices .
