John Betlem was amazing. Max, Jim, Charles and Don were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They removed the old furnace and installed a new one with central air. Five Star Service.

Shamus, Brandon, Ryan, and Tyler did a wonderful job removing the old and installing our new HVAC system. They were friendly, tolerant of our dogs, and did a fantastic job. He confirmed what was to be completed on the job. Hw went over the paperwork and operation of the new thermostat.
The sales and installation process was as convenient and pleasant as we hoped it would be. The folks involved were inquisitive, understanding, thorough and non-pressuring. The installation team (Boaz, McAllister and Brandon were excellent! They worked efficiently, professionally and answered all our questions.
I just can’t say enough about the kindness, friendliness, professionalism, camaraderie, understanding about giving my dog a “potty break”, and willingness to teach that these men brought to my home today for my HVAC installation. Everyone spoke so highly and respectfully about “John Betlam Heating and Cooling! And…
Excellent service. Fair Pricing. Tom (sales), Brandon, Kevin, Cayden, Akiel (installation) were all professional, knowledgeable and on-time.
The install team couldn't have been more professional, friendly and efficient. Our new HVAC system was installed in a highly competent manner.
I have used John Betlem for 15 years. They installed and maintained my HVAC and AC. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their staff. Great installation team and prompt and courteous service
Great experience and everything works perfectly! Thank you, great job!
Jim, Brandon and Daniel did an excellent job installing our new air conditioner and furnace. Prompt, polite, job site clean when they left. I was provided a great explanation of all that was done that day and what was included with our purchase.
Nick and Cody and team installed a new water heater, A/C, and furnace. They were all very professional and polite. They tested the system, explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. And they cleaned up everything, including vacuuming the carpet - which just had a very minor amount of debris from…
Perfection!
The Betlem team is unmatched! I am a pretty stubborn buyer when it comes to large capital improvements for my home. I asked a TON of questions, and Justin was attentive, responsive, and honest with me about my needs. After deciding on a new Lennox 4 ton AC unit and 90%er furnace, the install happened within 1 week…
Timely, professional and capable service at a reasonable price. Thorough cleanup after the work accomplished.
John Betlem did a great job installing a new air conditioning unit - I was impressed with the ductwork Shawn installed and the craftsmanship in retrofitting the new unit with the existing ductwork- it really looks great - also my salesperson Sefik did a great job of explaining the the work that was to be done and…
Max, Charles and Cody (Bradley too) made a great team and worked professionally all day. This was a total system replacement and new install of central AC. I had many questions as they proceeded with their work and I was encouraged by their responses that they truly appreciated sharing their tips/advice and knowledge with me.
The team did a great job installing a furnace and A/C unit. Worked quickly, neatly and left the area very clean once they were complete. They were very helpful and allowed me ask all sorts of questions and be nosey and watch them work. Additionally, were great to return to properly decomission old boiler.
They were able to come out fairly quickly and replace my dead AC during a heat wave. Cost was comparable to the other local quote we got. Technicians were very friendly and explained everything. I know nothing about HVAC so can’t judge the quality of their work - but I hope it’s good 🤣 I brought them back out to…

Knowledgeable and professional people
Jesse and Cody did an amazing job putting in a new A/C unit for my house. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend John Betlam for all their services. We have used them ever since 2019 when we moved in and my father has used them since he moved into his house in the 70’s.…
On
Had a fantastic experience with John Betlem Heating & Cooling for a full HVAC replacement. Steve Betlem handled the sales side and made the whole process incredibly smooth and straightforward—no pressure, just great options. We were swapping out an old, dead system that had been chugging along since 1984, so this…
Cayden, Ryan and Stephen were very professional and knowledgeable with our installation. They did a fantastic job and left our house just as they found it.
Our A/C went down unexpectedly during the hottest week of the year (with a 100+ heat index), and John Betlem Heating & Cooling completely saved the day for our family. I booked a self-serve appointment online, and they sent a tech out the very same day. Myles, the technician, was incredible—he kick-started our dead…
Andrew was great! He showed me what he was seeing and explained clearly what it meant. I appreciate knowing the "why" of things and he did a great job. He was also friendly and considerate of my home. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Mac and Bo installed a new heating and cooling system today. The did a…
Excellent service. They replaced the furnace and AC on my residence.
They were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this team!
The two men who installed our AC and humidifier units were very clean, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They were concentrated on doing the job right and not quickly; which is often an issue with other companies who just want to get to the next job and quality is sacrificed. Great job Betlem team!!!
Nick and Charles were fantastic installation technicians. Very timely and polite. Explained the process as they were working and after the job was completed. I would rate them an 11 out of 10 as a team !
Akiel and O’Neal were phenomenal during installation of our new AC unit and upgrade air filtration system. From the start of our experience dealing with Michael ,our comfort advisor, the whole process went very smooth. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Just had a new central air and furnace put it today. The technicians who installed it were great. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable and they got it done in one day.
Arrived on time and immediately started install. Cleaned work area and was very professional. Technician was well informed and explained the customer folder to me. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Excellent service!!

These guys were great. Showed up and did a professional job. No complaints.
John Betlems team is amazing! They are thorough, customer focused and after this experience I would never use any other company! Jesse and Caden were amazing!
Installer left screws and sharp duct work chucks on the garage floor. Left a pool of water around the install site as well, not sure what that was from. Installer couldn’t stop swearing even with my kids around. Yelled and complained about everything. Would not recommend.
Our tech was an hour late to our walkthrough estimate which interfered with both of our meetings as we work from home. First thing out of his mouth was that it would probably cost close to 50k, which is straight up insanity. The next day, Justin Slaughter quoted us for $39,941 for a 5 zone mini-split system. Said…
Max and his team did an awesome job on our new AC installation! Would highly recommend their work for family and friends.
I was very pleased with the service we received from Noah and Ryan. They were punctual, courteous and efficient As are all of the Service people from Betlem that I have encountered. It was a pleasure to see young people, (work) confidently and cooperatively to complete a complex and demanding task
Everyone I dealt with at John Betlem Heating and Cooling were super nice, knowledgeable, and punctual. The install seemed flawless and they cleaned up like they were never there. I can't say enough good things about them.
We had a fantastic experience with John Betlem Heating and Cooling. We live in a 1960s ranch with hot water baseboard heat, which made finding a cooling solution difficult. They proposed and installed an ENERGY STAR® Certified Lennox 1.5 Ton Wall Mount Mini-Split, and it's the perfect solution for our home. The…
All three (3) young men, Maxwell, Stephen & Boaz, who took care of the installation of my new air conditioner were wonderful. Did a great job. Cleaned up everything. Left it spotless. Did a great job explaining everything to me. Very grateful for John Betlem Heating & Cooling and their crew. Mike Petrella, who…
We recently had a new furnace and central AC unit installed by John Betlem Heating & Cooling, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. During installation Mac, Mac, and Ryan showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process.
We had central air, a new furnace, and a new water heater installed. Mike Petrella, our salesperson, did a fantastic job explaining the HVAC system and getting us a great price. Colby was the lead tech for the installation. We would likely recommend him. What a great team to work with! We are so glad we went with John Betlem for this major upgrade.
A customer for decades. JB always gives incredible service & a fair price. Plus they stand behind their products & work. I think they're the best in Monroe Cty. Wouldn't call anyone else.
The process was pretty painless throughout. The turnaround from when I decided I needed a new Furnace and AC to when they could install it was very quick. Install went smooth other than a small hiccup with the humidifier. Before even leaving they made sure it would be resolved soon and it was within a few days.…
had them replace our furnace, central air and thermostat.
I took avantage of a Betlem special fo a new furnace and hot water tank installation. Mac, Cody, and Erik did a wonderful job, the install went well, and I was well versed in the operation and capabilities of the new system. I am very satisfied with the job.

We were thrilled with how the entire installation went. Shamus and Colby were a delight to work with, always professional, highly competent, truly dedicated to the job at hand. I have rarely had such outstanding service from any company, and clearly the people involved have earned their consistently excellent ratings. Thank you!
John Betlem Heating & Cooling replaced our 26 y.o. forced air heating and AC system. The new equipment was different from the original one, so all connections (gas, air, electric, cooling agent) had to be redone. The team performed all necessary actions highly professionally with full attention to minute details. The site was left clean.
Very professional….
Update: John Betlam now offers plumbing services...how do I know this, you may ask? Well, we needed a plumber yesterday and I had recently seen an ad saying John Betlam now did plumbing...based on my long-time experience and satisfaction with them, I gave them a call. Caleb and Nature showed up at our door within a…
John Betlem did an awesome job installing a hot water tank and HVAC system in my 1940’s cape cod style house. The quoting process was easy. Purchased a new furnace/air-conditioning system to replace my 18-year-old system. Process went well from beginning/quote phase thru to the installation and final checks. Crew was courteous and professional. Had a question on the wi-if setup which they sent a serviceman out to help me setup. I would recommend John Betlem for your HVAC needs.
on time, finished early, friendly, clean, professional.
I've been a customer of John Betlem since 2010 when our HVAC system died and they installed a Carrier system. I have been a JB Advantage Club (JBAC) member since then, and moderately pleased with their service and repairs. However, based on their recent amazing service, I bump them up from 4 to 5 stars. I always…
I have used John Betlam since we've owned our house--over 40 years and been very satisfied which is why we choose them for our new furnace and air conditioner. There were a few hiccups but Betlam followed up immediately and resolved all issues.

The crew were on time courteous very informative and professional. Did a great job and left the work area in better shape than when they arrived. Friendly and personable.
News furnace and AC The service was exceptional. Sheryamus kept me informed as the day went on. Two very polite gentleman. That be said the company itself could operate more efficiently I was told by the salesman that they would be out at 8 a.m. on Tuesday Then I got a Gmail on Monday evening that it would be…
The professionalism that was shown by both Brad P and Tyler was above expectation. They were kind and polite throughout our day long AC unit installed. Thank you for taking the extra time and effort to make sure that you were checking in with us and meeting our needs.
Great install by Shamus and Max for a furnace and AC unit. Timely and very professional
Michael was fantastic, resolved an intermittent power issue, performed a maintenance on the furnace and things are running like new. It’s never fun having someone at your house doing work, but Michael couldn’t have been nicer. Overall a great experience and value and I highly recommend John Betlem!

Very professional company from first phone call to installation. Would definitely recommend.
John Betlem quickly diagnosed the issue with my 30 year old AC and provided a reasonable quote to fix it. I went with the new install option instead. Work was done quick and clean. The loan provider they work with was easy to deal with as well for 18mo intrest free financing.
I had a nightmare of a situation with my prior heating and cooling system and bad ventilation issues from a prior heating and cooling company and went through the NYSERDA program in 2011.
