The company is very attentive, all employees I've been in contact with are caring & efficient. Great quality products & reasonable annual maintenance costs. I have had John Betlem H&C do several jobs, the most recent 8/21/26. Each time I have had the same great experience!
The team did a great job installing a furnace and A/C unit. Worked quickly, neatly and left the area very clean once they were complete. They were very helpful and allowed me ask all sorts of questions and be nosey and watch them work. Additionally, were great to return to properly decomission old boiler.
Mac was great! He walked me through what was going to happen during the install. The techs were polite and everyone seemed to be looking for opportunities to do things right. They were respectful of the house and cleaned up everything afterward. I was very happy with the instal team.
They charged me $450 for a $41.50 thermostat. Not only that, they didn't give me a user's manual. I've asked twice, still no manual. Was gonna have them put in a new furnace, bit not after being ripped off I won't. I'm guessing they don't want repeat customers. I'm sick to my stomach paying over $700.
