Built with a house developer and the whole experience has been terrible except the jones consultant. They have answered question that they did not. They also did their job fast and without any issue. I would use them anytime.

Ghosted on us after committing a deal verbally, and we also provided all the information they asked for. Very upsetting!

We had to reschedule due to weather. I totally understand. We came up with a new date. The surveyor was super polite and friendly. He let me put in the first pin to locate my new detached garage. Our bill was sent promptly and itemized. We were very happy.

Review from Google · view on GoogleHad a difficult experience with another surveyor. Spoke to Jonses, they told me they would be out within a week. Showed up 4 days later and did the job in the rain. Markers are accurate, communication was excellent, and expectations were exceeded. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
