LK Land Services LLC did an excellent job surveying our property. They were quick, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, and I really appreciated the care and diligence they put into their work. I would definitely recommend them!

This was my first survey I've ever needed to get. I reached out to LK for a quote and they were extremely reasonable compared to the other 3 companies I reached out to. The same day I signed the contract, LK reached out to me and let me know they'd be coming by to start in the next few days. Russ was out the next day or two and got started with everything. He was an extremely nice and knowledgeable guy. He answered every question my wife and I had. He got everything done and told us he would be back in the next few days to finish up. After Russ came by and finished his work (in a downpour rain storm), he told us that Brian would be in touch to go over everything in the next few days. Brian came over, went over everything, walked us around to show the boundaries and confirmed every question/concern we had. I am extremely happy with the service we received and would gladly reach out to them again if needed. 5 stars for sure!

While we appreciate your one star review. If you were overlooked either by phone call or email, it was due to the high volume that we take in daily and simply an oversight on our part. Just as with most industries right now, being a small business has its challenges in the hiring processes. We have no recollection of the name Kookookal if that is indeed your name and can offer to make this right, however we will also let you know here on this social platform that we are 3 weeks out on boundary surveys and 4 months out on subdivisions or consolidations right now. Finally to critique our professionalism is unwarranted as not returning a phone call does not define who we are at all as a business. We are a small business that flourishes on reviews on Google without a need to advertise, both good and bad, so again we thank you for your review and if we can make it better for you email my boss at [email protected].

We used LK Land Services LLC to survey a parcel of land that we had recently purchased. We selected them after reading all of the reviews, and could not be happier with the service. They were very professional, friendly, and prompt. Scheduled our survey and had it completed very quickly and for a reasonable price. Walked us around the lot upon completion and made sure that we understood everything. They were also very responsive after the fact when we contacted them with additional questions. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again in the future if the situation ever arises!

I hired LK to do a survey at my house - their responsiveness was great and the price was fair. The field team was out within a week and even worked on the weekend. Brian had the survey drawn and over to me around a week later which was much faster than I was expecting. Would highly recommend them
