These guys are great all around. I used them for a property survey before I install a privacy/dog fence. Ryan, the survey coordinator is extremely prompt and organized; and the survey team that came to my home was extremely courteous, let me know how long they intended to be there, etc. Most importantly, fairly…

I had MDM perform a survey on my lot in preparation for a garage pad and I could not be happier. Ryan and the team were very timely getting me pricing and with the turn around completing the work. Very reasonable pricing and very easy to work with. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.

Review from Google · view on GoogleEDIT: Two years after using MDM Surveyors & Engineers, I needed a copy of my survey and I needed it fast in order to sell my home. I called and spoke with Ryan, who immediately sent what I needed. As he has always been, he was friendly, kind and helpful. I will say again, that I wholeheartedly recommend this company and all of their staff. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` We just went through the private property survey process with MDM Surveyors & Engineers, LLC. It was a pleasure to work with this company. My first phone call to MDM was returned promptly. I spoke with Ryan, who was helpful and polite. He explained the entire process and answered all of my emailed questions politely and promptly. Within a day or two we had a date set for them to come out to do the work. Everyone associated with the company was wonderful to work with, professional and helpful. I would hire them again or recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. Great company.

The project ended up taking longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the land. We finally wrapped up this past week and now we finally understand how much our neighbors are encroaching on our property. I would 100% recommend working with the MDM team. Thank you guys!

Review from Google · view on GoogleWe hired MDM to subdivide about 30 acres of land in order to facilitate the sale of some of the property and to fix a couple problems with the current subdivision. From the beginning of the project, MDM provided us with good ideas of how to accomplish our goals. MDM representatives had a thorough knowledge of what was needed. We were told from the beginning what to expect in the process. I was amazed at how our surveyor anticipated possible obstacles to our plan and ways to work around them. Ultimately, we had to appear before our township planning and commission for approval. I can’t say enough about the value of MDM‘s assistance. They were worth every penny we invested in their services. I had no prior experience working with a surveying company. At times it was frustrating because during the summer they get super busy with outdoor work and aren’t always available. But, what really counts is their knowledge and their willingness to share it. MDM did everything right in the assistance they provided us. We are 100% satisfied customers.

Review from Google · view on GoogleWe wanted to get a current survey before installing a new fence. MDM surveyors were recommended by a friend and did a fantastic job! Having 4 quotes from different companies I can attest that MDM offered the cheapest price and quickest around time. One year after our survey was completed we were unable to locate a corner pin due to landscaping changes made along the property line. We contacted MDM with our problem and they were able to send a crew out the next week to help us relocate the property corner. Very pleasant experience overall!
