Customers frequently praise Joy Cleaners for its friendly family-run atmosphere, efficient turnaround times, and successful results on delicate items like wedding gowns and vintage garments. While the majority of feedback highlights the staff's helpfulness and the shop's clean environment, several low-rated reviews criticize the business for high pricing and inconsistent communication regarding alteration capabilities or damage resolution.

I am beyond impressed!!! I brought my wedding dress in for cleaning after 7 years! It was full of wine stains and dirt around the skirt from dancing. I wanted to give it a whirl to see if we could get it cleanx They made my dress look brand new!!! (Again after 7 years of set in stains!) huge thanks to them!!!

The mother and son team at Joy Cleaners are a pleasure to work with. This was only my second visit and he remembered what I was there for the first time and he checked to make sure I was satisfied with the alterations his mom made. Very nice people, very good service. This is the place to go.

Dropped multiple items off to get pressed last minute and they were more that happy to accommodate. Great costomer service and fast turnaround, would definitely recommend.
