Planned a day for them to come out, scheduled my day around meeting with them… only for them to be a no show. And they didn’t respond to my text when I asked if they were still coming by. I was ghosted by them.
I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by the management and crews with JubileeScape!! Riley and his crews go above and always exceed my expectations. I only wish they could service my property in Louisiana too!!!! Great company to work with!!

One of their trucks cut me off and almost ran me off the road
Austin- I am just seeing this comment. I apologize for the delayed response. We have many trucks on the road. Safe driving is of paramount importance to us. All vehicle movements are monitored by GPS. If you could possible remember the location, date and time of day of your observation, I could review review the matter with the driver. Thank you.

Teach them right before one of them causes an accident and your company ends up liable for it

So am waiting on the bus at a bus stop and, one of this company worker decided to blow leaves and dirt and what every else on us. I was wearing light color clothing with a cup with a half open lid. So youcould only imagine how I look and how my drink look. He never said sorry I didn't see you guys there are nothing. It was like he had a attitude. But it gets better, so am trying to clean off the mess he has cause, he comes back at this time my bus is finally here. So he starts to blow it again as we are getting on the bus. He needs to be FIRED! HE IS VERY INCONSIDERATE, EVIL AND DONT CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE.HE IS ALSO A PUNK FOR DOING THAT TO WOMEN. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME. LET'S SEE IF THEY DO. MY HAIR MY CLOTHES MY DRINK AND MY WEDGES ARE COMPLETELY COVERED IN DIRT, LEAVES AND HUST NASTY STUFF. IT'S 11:19 ON Wednesday in front of Alta Point, right at Rushing and statin road. "I recently witnessed extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior from an individual I believe was an employee of JubileeScape While driving, a person in a Nissan Frontier with JubileeScape name and logo on the side of it pulled up aggressively beside me, laid on the horn repeatedly, waved their arms wildly making inappropriate hand gestures , and screamed profanities loudly enough that I could clearly hear every word with both our windows up. This occurred in traffic Tuesday February 10 and it felt genuinely intimidating and unsafe. I cannot comment on the quality of Jubileescape’s products/services or the work they perform, as I have no direct experience there. However, this incident raised serious concerns for me about the type of people the company hires or allows to represent it in public (especially if driving a marked vehicle). Allowing employees to behave this way reflects poorly on the business's standards of professionalism and safety. I would be very hesitant to do business with or recommend a company that tolerates or overlooks such conduct from its staff. I hope this feedback reaches management so they can address it appropriately."

I can not tell you what a wonderful experience I have had with Jubileescape. I had a large project done at my house(drainage added, sod and new flowerbeds) Ashley made an excellent design plan and the flower choices she made for my flowerbeds were excellent. Chad and his crew did excellent work they were very professional and experienced. They were very conscientious of keeping my porches and drive way clean. They even power washed the driveway and sidewalks when they were done. If you are looking for any landscaping work you can not go wrong with Jubileescape. This is a top notch company.
