Stewart with Juniors Towing was able to get me out of a real pinch when I needed a winch out. He came out within 30 minutes and saved me a whole lot of trouble! It was late at night and he charged me a fair price. Definitely recommend over any other towing service in Jacksonville

I am late making this review, apologies, Junior! About a month ago, I had a flat on Main Street in Jax. Junior picked me up within 30 mins, and took me straight over to his favorite tire guys, because I told him I couldn’t pay for a new tire, and he knew these guys would patch it for me for cheap. We had a great…

Purchased a truck in Orlando and transmission died when I got back. I was in a jam and had to get it trailered back to dealer. Junior handled it all . Got a flatbed to take it down and another to bring my trade in back. Very reasonable and easy to deal with . Saved my @$$ . Many thanks
Very helpful and good communication skills

Had to get my car towed out of pocket & called here. Fast, efficient, and affordable is the best way to describe the towing service I received! Communication was A1! Would highly recommend Junior’s towing over anyone else.
If you’re looking for a tow company that actually cares, stop scrolling and call Junior. Hands down the quickest response time I’ve ever had, and the price that followed was just as impressive. What really set him apart is the customer service when you call, you get Junior himself, not some call center that treats…
Great service very affordable quick and friendly will 100% recommend
My truck was stuck. Helped me out when I needed it. Showed up ready and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.
My car broke down while I was taking my kids to school and Juniors towing pulled up within 30 minutes of me calling them. They were fairly priced and even sent me a picture of my car when it got to its final destination. Hopefully I'll never have to but if I do need towing services in the future I'll be calling them.
FAST Arrival! Faster pick-up! Even shows and explains everything he’s doing
He is very rude. During a phone call he hung up in my face with an attitude

Reliable and reasonable! What else can you ask for?
This company is awesome! He came out on a Friday afternoon in the worse traffic …in the rain to get our car. His price was cheaper than three other companies and we were greatly impressed. Thank you for caring in a world that’s often not so nice . 🙏
Today, I experienced one of those moments that reminds you why integrity matters in every profession. A tow truck driver quoted me one price over the phone, but when he arrived, that number mysteriously changed. I calmly suggested we meet in the middle — a fair compromise — but he refused. I still chose to respond…
I just wanted to thank you for telling me to call around and get other quotes because I didn't like your the price. The driver got an attitude and basically told me to find a better price. I found a better price, a high level of professionalism and I didn't have to wait 3 hours either. #WINNING#
Great Company!!! Very prompt arrival, professional and very informative with my vehicle. I have Italian foreign car and this company knew just what to do with tow.
My daughter’s car needed to be towed. We called Juniors and he arrived within the time he agreed and was able to get her car moving. We are so grateful for his fast and professional service.
Terrible customer service! called in and talked to a very rude individual.. I was asking about policies and he cut me off and said “do you want the tow or not?” Do not recommend
Called them to have my new project car moved and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I 100% recommend them. Super respectful, responsive and very reasonably priced compared to others. Appreciate the help! March 5th once again he came to my rescue. My trusty firebird went and had a ujoint failure. Excellent…

He did a great job towing my 2001 Corvette. He knows what he's doing and is very prompt / professional. Thank you again!!!
I was stranded on I-95 in the middle of a terrible lightning storm, Junior was there in 20 minutes and took me directly to a tire shop. He had my truck loaded in 5 minutes. Honestly was a true god send based on the circumstances. If you are stranded on the north side of jacksonville, call this guy.
This morning my car had some issues. I called 2 tow companies that didn't even answer before call Junior's. Junior's answered immediately, gave me a price, and asked if I wanted to call around for cheaper rates or a closer truck. I asked how long he would be until he could arrive and he stated 20 mins. He was there…
Very nice professional and came in under 20 mins even gave me some advice about my mechanical issue and gave me a ride home as well!
Junior was awesome. I called my insurance roadside assistance and waited 3 hours for a no show tow truck so i canceled them and called around. After several rejections, juniors towing answered promptly and arrived under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
Junior towing was the best towing service I ever had. I was waiting for AAA for 3 plus hours and he came less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this company!!!!
The whole experience felt like I had a family member come get my car. Then he was so nice he helped drive me to a auto repair shop and I mean more than 3 to help find a mechanic to fix my car great service and so much more..

I called back at 6:30 and was told they'd have someone out within 45 minutes. Called AA again at 7:30 and my call went to vociemil. i left a message but never received a call back. i called AAA…
