They have a great staff Always happy professional and do a great job
They arrived on time. Moved the appliance quickly and professionally and it was all done in like 5 minutes so I was able to get back to work. 10/10 would highly recommend
Reasonable price. Very punctual. Same day pick up.
Friendly, educated, thoughtful. Provided a solution at a good value. A pleasure to do business with them.
Junk King was fantastic! Job was completed at a fair price within an hour after my first inquiry. Highly recommend.
Very efficient process. On site movers were very professional and careful in moving some challenging items.
We recently moved out of our home and had several large bags of trash to part with before the move. Junk King Columbus showed up promptly to haul it away, gave us a reasonable price, and were very friendly.
Very nice and professional. Great timing too.
We've used junk king for a couple of years now and we're never disappointed. They are a responsible waste removal partner: prompt and reliable, with transparent and reasonable pricing. I also like the fact that they have facilities to sort, reuse, recycle and donate as much as possible. I've been highly recommending them to family/friends and neighbors.
Junk King got all requested items in no time flat! Workers were polite and friendly. I recommend them for any junk removal.
This is the second time we have used Junk King. They were amazing again! Courteous, kind and awesome! We typically have everything out back by driveway and garage for them, but this time they needed to get a recliner from the basement and kid playhouse from back yard. It was all no problem and included. We won't use…
Wonderful experience! Prompt and friendly workers removed an old refrigerator. They were very careful to ensure the flooring was protected . I will certainly use their services again!
Very friendly and picked up my treadmill on the day I called!!!
On time and on budget ! Left a clean environment when finished. Can’t say enough they were perfect.
Polite, efficient, quality service
Very good communication on arrival. Curtious on entry into our home. Very personable once here. Completed our request quickly and professionally.
The removed item was an under counter icemaker (with refrigerant). It weighed about 130 lbs. The two gentlemen were very courteous and very efficient. It took all of five minutes. I was very pleased with the service.
The guys were on time, fast, professional and polite. I would recommend Junk King.
They were later than planned but they did call to say they would be late so all was well
Tysean and Jacob were awesome helping remove an old freezer from our basement. They were super careful, efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Junk King in the future.
.Both were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. They removed my Upright Freezer quickly. Less than 10 minutes.
Super impressed . Came to my house in 20 mins for a free quote . Was the cheapest I found and the item was gone and removed in less than 1/2 hour . Would recommend . Speedy and efficient .
Highly impressed. Young professionals. Good luck
They were on time, but did not receive an courtesy call before they came, to let me know they were on the way. Driver needs to be trained in customer service. He could of been a little bit friendly. Friendly customer service is what sells. Overall service was ok.
Awesome service. Called, answered, and got service all within a day.
This was a great experience. Our dumpster was dropped off and picked up timely and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this business and service to my friends and neighbors!
They were prompt, quiet, creative and careful with my house. A talented team.
The guys that came to pick up my old broken dryer were wonderful! They made sure to put shoe covers on since it was raining as to not get my carpet dirty/wet. They were fast and efficient! Thank you!
Excellent service.
I submitted a request online. Within 10 minutes I had a call back and 15 minutes later the appliance was gone. East, professional, and great value!
The two men who came were very nice and were able to accommodate me in removing additional items not previously discussed. Great job and great service. Thank you!
They were prompt and professional removing all items identified in about an hour.
Team was professional ! They did a terrific job!
I booked an appointment on-line for a same day pick up. They called to see if they could arrive earlier which was great. They showed up on time and quickly removed our old refrigerator from our basement. Great service!
Was on time and removed what I needed removed.
So incredibly helpful. We are a public school, and had a donated fridge die on us. Junk Kings took care of it and was so incredibly helpful! Their staff called an hour early to come pick up, which was so awesome and worked out very nicely with my busy schedule. They were absolutely amazing. Would use again every time. Highly recommend!
Thank you for an expedient service! We appreciate it.
The guys kept in contact with me about arrival time and showed up ready to work. Both men were polite and finished in a timely manner, making sure not to damage any property in the house.
Really friendly and helpful!
A tad on the expensive side but quickly removed everything that I had.
