They arrived on time. Moved the appliance quickly and professionally and it was all done in like 5 minutes so I was able to get back to work. 10/10 would highly recommend
Reasonable price. Very punctual. Same day pick up.

Junk King was fantastic! Job was completed at a fair price within an hour after my first inquiry. Highly recommend.
Very efficient process. On site movers were very professional and careful in moving some challenging items.
We recently moved out of our home and had several large bags of trash to part with before the move. Junk King Columbus showed up promptly to haul it away, gave us a reasonable price, and were very friendly.
Very nice and professional. Great timing too.
We've used junk king for a couple of years now and we're never disappointed. They are a responsible waste removal partner: prompt and reliable, with transparent and reasonable pricing. I also like the fact that they have facilities to sort, reuse, recycle and donate as much as possible. I've been highly recommending them to family/friends and neighbors.
Junk King got all requested items in no time flat! Workers were polite and friendly. I recommend them for any junk removal.
This is the second time we have used Junk King. They were amazing again! Courteous, kind and awesome! We typically have everything out back by driveway and garage for them, but this time they needed to get a recliner from the basement and kid playhouse from back yard. It was all no problem and included. We won't use…
Wonderful experience! Prompt and friendly workers removed an old refrigerator. They were very careful to ensure the flooring was protected . I will certainly use their services again!

Very good communication on arrival. Curtious on entry into our home. Very personable once here. Completed our request quickly and professionally.
The removed item was an under counter icemaker (with refrigerant). It weighed about 130 lbs. The two gentlemen were very courteous and very efficient. It took all of five minutes. I was very pleased with the service.
The guys were on time, fast, professional and polite. I would recommend Junk King.
They were later than planned but they did call to say they would be late so all was well
Tysean and Jacob were awesome helping remove an old freezer from our basement. They were super careful, efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Junk King in the future.

They were on time, but did not receive an courtesy call before they came, to let me know they were on the way. Driver needs to be trained in customer service. He could of been a little bit friendly. Friendly customer service is what sells. Overall service was ok.
Awesome service. Called, answered, and got service all within a day.
This was a great experience. Our dumpster was dropped off and picked up timely and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this business and service to my friends and neighbors!
They were prompt, quiet, creative and careful with my house. A talented team.
The guys that came to pick up my old broken dryer were wonderful! They made sure to put shoe covers on since it was raining as to not get my carpet dirty/wet. They were fast and efficient! Thank you!

So incredibly helpful. We are a public school, and had a donated fridge die on us. Junk Kings took care of it and was so incredibly helpful! Their staff called an hour early to come pick up, which was so awesome and worked out very nicely with my busy schedule. They were absolutely amazing. Would use again every time. Highly recommend!

Needed Items removed from a business property. From initial contact, to the driver arriving, providing a very reasonable quote, to having the Items hauled away. I would definitely consider using this company again for hauling away unwanted items.
Quick and efficient removal. Guys were professional and easy to work with. I feel the service was priced on the higher side but I have no complaints.
Team was friendly courteous and conscientious. Will be using them again. :-)

Very courteous. He called to let me know approximate time. He called a second time to let me know they were on their way. They took 2 very large analog televisions. I will use them again and will recommend.
I'm not sure that a 150 year old upright piano made out of hardwood is an 'appliance ', but Junk Kings did a great job of removing it. They very respectful of the house, especially the floor, walls, and doorways. They were very polite and professional. And their prices were the lowest around! I highly recommend them.
I had a broken down riding lawnmower that needed to be hauled off. They arrived on time. We're super nice. Didn't have a problem getting it into the truck even though they had to basically life it in. Would definitely recommend.
Junk King Columbus is great! They were super responsive, professional, and so kind the entire time. Their prices are also super affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services!
They did a phenomenal job!!
As always, excellent. Don't know how they do it, but they got everything on the truck.
They came in, looked at the washer, quoted me a price, a little more than I wanted to pay, but worth it just to get it out of my way. I would use them again.

Great.
Friendly and fast service. I especially like that they give you an online estimate. Their competitors make price comparing difficult so they win for transparency.
Great service- same day pick up.
The guys were great, removed my deep freezer from the basement, carried wood from an old play house from the back yard, and cut a ton of stuff in from the garage. Very fair price for the amount of work they did.
