I needed a same day service to remove home items, junk and furniture from a property and within 15 minutes I had an estimate scheduled and within 45 minutes a crew arrived to the property and did an estimate. Junk Kings were the perfect company for our family
The guys were polite and professional. We will use them again.
Thank you for removing the items from our house this morning! I called Saturday evening to set up an appointment and they were there Monday morning! Very professional, friendly, and got the job done.
Very efficient process. On site movers were very professional and careful in moving some challenging items.
Very quick and easy
They were a 1/2 hour late and wouldn’t quote their price until they picked up my recliner. $130 is a bit steep for one recliner.
Brandan and Tyler were very respectful, considerate, hard working, and efficient. I would recommend them again

I've used Junk King twice now. They are reliable (in fact they were running slightly ahead of schedule and called to see if it was okay to arrive 30 minutes early). The work is done quickly and thoroughly. It takes one piece of the stress out of remodeling and decluttering.
This is the second time we have used Junk King. They were amazing again! Courteous, kind and awesome! We typically have everything out back by driveway and garage for them, but this time they needed to get a recliner from the basement and kid playhouse from back yard. It was all no problem and included. We won't use…
They called to say they were running early and did I mind if they came before their scheduled time. They were quick and very mindful of my other items, making sure they didn’t mess up anything that I cared about. Good guys and I recommend them to anyone trying clear junk or downsize.

Spoke to a human -immediately - on phone and not robot operator. Time arranged. Let me know when arriving. Prompt, courteous employees. Just a great business. Would hire again.
The Junk King employees who came to pick up my sofa were very courteous and professional. They let me know they were on their way thirty minutes before arrival and arrived at the beginning of the window time. Upon removing my sofa, they were very careful of my property. I recommend Junk King to anyone.

The two guys were fantastic! Maneuvered some large items out of the basement & through narrow doorways. Thanks so much for your help!
Easy to schedule. Quick and professional services. Less junk in my home.
Answered the phone and scheduled me for same day! I spent about 14 minutes on the phone and had an appointment and 5 more minutes to get my stuff picked up. Easiest experience ever. And not expensive at all.
They were fabulous. Efficient and professional!
Needed next day service and they were available first thing in the morning (they were also available same day!) I'm moving so I had a lot of large furniture and other junk that needed tossed. This was my first time using Junk King and I was very satisfied! The job took about 15 mins for furniture removal. Your staff was very responsive from the first call, professional and on time. You will definately be my first call for any future needs! Thank you!
Great experience. Guys were on time, professional, friendly and fast! Cost was more competitive than the bigger / chain services. Very happy, would definitely use them again.

Excellent service.
The guys who were here were very nice. They were very respectful to me and very careful moving around the stairs and keeping away from the walls. I am very happy with everything they did. The upcarge that changed the price of the online pricing was unappealing. In the end we worked it out but the price was still…
The two guys who showed up were right on time, very polite, and even more efficient. Junk King stuck to their estimate which was incredibly reasonable inside my budget. They were willing to work with me on price and timing during an extremely difficult time. I genuinely appreciate the work they did and every…
We had a lot of construction materials that needed to be disposed of. Junk King came out the next day and gave an estimate to remove the materials plus a few other items that we had been wanting to get rid of. Great communication: The first crew sent a text that they were running behind and that a 2nd truck would…
Everyone was exceptional. Professional, helpful & went beyond & above services in my opinion. Many thanks to the boss.
Very willing to work with me and get a broken hospital bed off my patio. Everything was a breeze!
The gentleman that showed up were very professional and removed my items quickly and efficiently. Were I not moving across the country and had need of them in the future, I'd be a repeat customer!
The two young men were very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend Junk King.
Team was professional ! They did a terrific job!
You are paying for junk king to do the removal and the use of their truck to haul your unwanted material. You can rent a dumpster for about half to 60% of their cost, but you are doing the work. So, you have a choice to make. Your pocket book being lighter or your back feeling abused. Either way getting rid of stuff…
Junk King was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They handled every detail of our job properly, promptly, and professionally, a rarity in today’s world where bad customer service seems to be the norm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Junk king was on time and efficiently removed several large pieces of furniture and some construction waste. I was very pleased with the service.
Very kind and professional to work with From setting the appointment to finish pick-up, everything was on time. Very pleased with their service. Very affordable. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly and helpful!
They were very nice and able to come very soon to pick up our piano. They were prompt, and very professional. The men knew what they were doing, and got the piano out without damage to anything! I would highly recommend them.
The gentlemen were very professional and respectful. They announced their ETA via text message and were on time.. I would suggest that Junk King provide their employees with uniforms. That would make them identifiable.
Quick and very communicative!

Quick and professional.
My original appointment was for 2:00 on a Saturday but because they ended up having an earlier opening they were able to bump up my appointment which was great. Everyone I dealt with leading up to that day had been very responsive and followed up answering all questions. Both guys were super friendly and…

Excellent service and quick!
Very expensive. Cost $208 to have them take a small piano away (not including bench).
Polite, efficient and friendly. Very reasonable charge. Would happily use again if needed.
Called them yesterday evening and they were out here with two guys at 0800 this morning. The call center was fast and showed great customer service. The guys were polite and professional. Typically I just take stuff to the dump myself but the fam was home sick so I got too busy. If you don't own a large trailer…
