4th time using. Polite and curtious. Very efficient.
Wonderful service. Fast, friendly, efficient and affordable. We have used them before and will again. Great customer service and communication.
I needed a same day service to remove home items, junk and furniture from a property and within 15 minutes I had an estimate scheduled and within 45 minutes a crew arrived to the property and did an estimate. I agreed on the great price and they started work immediately. The end to end process (initial call - job…
From 1st contact to project being done, quick and professional . Met Tyrone for estimate within hours of initial call to Junk King. Very professional, quote was spot on for the job. Morning of removal (less than a week) Tyrone and Donnie arrived on time and ready for work. Job done, no complaining just steady work. Thanks to both of them and Junk King !
First time using Junk King and would not hesitate to call them again. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, were on time and professional. Provided an estimate on the spot, loaded the truck and hauled it away. Fast transaction. Highly recommend.
Tyler and Brandon were very professional. They came the same day that I called for an estimate. I would definitely call them again.
Fast, efficient and a great value. Would definitely use them again.
Junk Kings were the perfect company for our family
I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the guys that cleared out my garage! I would definitely recommend Junk King!
Excellent cost effective service. Gentlemen called in advanced, arrived on time, and provided effective service. Would highly recommend and use again myself!!!!!
We needed to clean out out our rental garage. I Googled "Junk Hauling" and Junk King was the first business on the page. I called and they came out the next day, gave me a very acceptable quote. They took all the junk out of the garage and were done in record time. PLUS, they were very nice folks. We are very pleased.
Great service.
The Junk King crew were actually early. They were fast, friendly and efficient.
The two guys called ahead and arrived early. They were very helpful & extremely quick. The whole process took about 10 min. I would definitely use them again.
Tyrone and Shane knocked it out of the park! Professional and quick service. I will definitely be coming back to you.
We used Junk King to clean out our basement, they were friendly, on time, and courteous. We told them to throw everything away and they came across 2 expensive items and brought them up and asked if we wanted them. The team that came to our home was very trustworthy, you don't get that ever day. I would highly recommend them.
MY EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. The 2 men called ahead, were on time, listened to my instructions, and treated me, my stuff, and house with respect. I thought the price was a little high, but I really had no basis for comparison. I would have given 5 stars; but due to the truck being partially filled when they…
Very professional, thorough and prompt. Very receptive to price negotiation as compared to other alternatives.
Tyler and Shay were great. Needed extra assistance and they were great in helping out. They were cautious with everything and did a great job.
Only two guys, but they handle all of the furniture and household belongings with ease. Would definitely pick Junk King again.
We recently moved out of our home and had several large bags of trash to part with before the move. Junk King Columbus showed up promptly to haul it away, gave us a reasonable price, and were very friendly.
They were really nice person! Love they dumpster service.
We've used junk king for a couple of years now and we're never disappointed. They are a responsible waste removal partner: prompt and reliable, with transparent and reasonable pricing. I also like the fact that they have facilities to sort, reuse, recycle and donate as much as possible. I've been highly recommending them to family/friends and neighbors.
Great little dumpster to do a house/yard purge. The company was clear and responsive. They dropped off and picked up the dumpster as they indicated.
3 stars because this is partly my fault for not doing the research. I scheduled an appointment online without looking at junk kings rates, expecting it to be around $150ish based on past experience. The guys showed up, looked at my couch and told me it would be $315. I was stunned it cost that much. But what was I…
The two gentlemen that came out were very polite, fast, careful and very courteous. The price was great! Will definitely use again for future needs!!
Quoted for 2 trucks, four men for six hours. Had two men, one truck for six hours day one. They worked hard. Second day (since they didn't provide enough the first day) different two guys, one truck and they were there less than two hours. Felt cheated.
I've used Junk King twice now. They are reliable (in fact they were running slightly ahead of schedule and called to see if it was okay to arrive 30 minutes early). The work is done quickly and thoroughly. It takes one piece of the stress out of remodeling and decluttering.
This is the second time we have used Junk King. They were amazing again! Courteous, kind and awesome! We typically have everything out back by driveway and garage for them, but this time they needed to get a recliner from the basement and kid playhouse from back yard. It was all no problem and included. We won't use…
The gentlemen who worked were kind and professional. I so appreciated their hard work and how quickly they accomplish the job. This was my second time using Junk King and I highly recommend them.
They called to say they were running early and did I mind if they came before their scheduled time. They were quick and very mindful of my other items, making sure they didn’t mess up anything that I cared about. Good guys and I recommend them to anyone trying clear junk or downsize.
Cleaned out an entire apartment in 2 hrs. Very nice and hard working. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Was good. Showed up when they said and picked up when they said.
Polite, efficient, quality service
On time. Quick response. professional crew. Polite. Clean. Helpful. Fair price. Done and gone, even swept up at the end.
Was beyond pleased with them - I asked late Thursday for early arrival versus afternoon and they quickly responded with no problem. Drop off and pick up seamless and they even sweep your driveway after ! Definitely recommend an cost friendly
These fine people are efficient and easy to work with. With my back issues I would never have been able to do all the cleanup required with my move. Thank you Junk King!
The appointment was easily scheduled. The guys who came to remove the household cleanup were on time, personable and efficient. I would highly recommend their services. I had to use their services again today. They scheduled the appointment same day, the price was fair and the drivers were great. I will continue to…
Great experience very friendly and fast
Awesome service. Called, answered, and got service all within a day.
They were running a bit behind schedule and kept me updated on their status. Even with the delay, they were within the 2 hour arrival window. They both introduced themselves, we did a walkthrough, they quoted a price, and got started. They moved and loaded a full truck within a 90 minute window. Great value and professional demeanor.
They were fabulous. Efficient and professional!
Fast & Professional service, Polite & Respectful employees. A little pricey but would use their services again.
They were prompt and professional removing all items identified in about an hour.
They showed up on time. When they arrived, the guy said he wasn’t sure they could take it tonight and started with a bad attitude. I then pointed to all of the items I wanted removed and they quoted me a price. I agreed. After they were done, I paid them and then went inside to see they hadn’t done much and already…
You are paying for junk king to do the removal and the use of their truck to haul your unwanted material. You can rent a dumpster for about half to 60% of their cost, but you are doing the work. So, you have a choice to make. Your pocket book being lighter or your back feeling abused. Either way getting rid of stuff…
Very good job removing bags of trash accumulated from trash cleaned out of house. Reasonable pricing. Great for short notice.
Fabulous experience. They dropped off without hassle and picked up without hassle. Very efficient streamlined process. Will definitely recommend and use again
The two workers were quick, careful, and polite.
The guys were professional and fast at getting the stuff removed from my home. Big thumbs up. Highly recommended.
The driver was warm and friendly. He took great care in placing the dumpster, and the dumpster itself actually LOKS like the photos! Not some banged up, rusted unit. I’ll be using them again very soon.
The two men were here 10 minutes early, gave me a quick quote and started working. Couldn't have taken them more than 15 minutes before they were out of my driveway. Strongly recommend!
The guys kept in contact with me about arrival time and showed up ready to work. Both men were polite and finished in a timely manner, making sure not to damage any property in the house.
Ordered a dumpster from these guys and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were super responsive to any questions I had, dumpster was dropped off in the morning and then picked up on the scheduled date. Very easy.
Quick, easy, and professional.
They were quick, efficient, fair in price, and friendly
My original appointment was for 2:00 on a Saturday but because they ended up having an earlier opening they were able to bump up my appointment which was great. Everyone I dealt with leading up to that day had been very responsive and followed up answering all questions. Both guys were super friendly and…
They were kind and attentive. I plan to keep using them especially for spring cleaning.
They were early which was fine. They were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and efficient. Will be using this company again.

As always, excellent. Don't know how they do it, but they got everything on the truck.
They came really fast, online reservation and next day they came. Highly recommended.
Crews were very professional, hard working and polite. I would highly recommend this company
The gentlemen were very quick and efficient. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.
Quick! Same day as appraisal. Worked within other offers. Got my garage back! Thanks!!
We had a big job involving the basement, shed, & garage. These guys did an amazing job. They were professional, quick, & thorough. We will be recommending them to everyone!
Good price. Guys were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them.
Thought the price was kind of high it was worth it after they cleaned it all up they guys did great job thanks
Easy to work with and professional. Did a great job getting things out quickly and for a great price. Saved me a lot of work!! Will use again.
Eric& Daniel were professional & such hard workers. They didn't stop from 11 to 3:30 in very hot weather & climbing stairs. Refreshing to know that there are still hard workers amongst us. Thank u so much for the excellent job!
The guys called 15 minutes before arrival to tell me they were on their way. Assessed needed removed and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and they went to work. Super friendly, answered all my questions and they got the truck loaded really quick. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone needing junk removal.
Scheduling an appointment was easy, the 2 gentleman that came out were very friendly and worked fast. Worth every penny
