I couldn’t be happier with my experience at K9 Resorts! My dogs were so well cared for, loved, and treated like family. From the wonderful staff to the clean and welcoming environment, I felt completely comfortable knowing my fur babies were in good hands.
Our dog Abby is always excited to go to K9 Resort! She goes for playtime and boarding! She is a rescue and has many quirks, but her needs are always met there!
We had an excellent experience with the front desk and my dog was well treated. I highly recommend this place.
Love this place! My Sheepadoodle loves it more. Plays all day in a safe and super clean environment. Boarding is even better - with gourmet meals and doggy spa services. When he is there, I can enjoy my days and vacations even more. Highly recommended.
I’m new to the area. Several people Told me how great k-9 is. I walked in and asked about daycare for my pup and they were rude and said I couldn’t tour without appointment. They seemed like I was a bother that I stopped in. If they are that unfriendly I don’t trust them with my pups care. No thank you we will go else were.

We have an eight-month-old Boxer puppy who is full of energy and loves interacting with other dogs. We have been taking him to K9 Resorts in the hope of helping him develop good socialization skills and learn to interact appropriately with other dogs. When we picked him up, we were informed that he was no longer welcome in their daycare program because of his behavior around the other dogs. I understand that puppies can be energetic and sometimes need guidance in learning appropriate play behavior, and I readily acknowledge that our Boxer has plenty of energy. However, I was surprised to learn that dogs of all sizes are reportedly kept together rather than separated by size, and that only two employees supervise more than 40 dogs during a typical day. In my opinion, that raises legitimate concerns about whether adequate supervision can be provided and whether dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels can be safely accommodated in such a large group. Additionally, our puppy developed a respiratory illness after attending daycare, which added to our concerns about the overall daycare environment. I understand that not every dog is a suitable fit for every daycare program. However, I believe that appropriate supervision, manageable group sizes, and consideration of each dog’s age, size, and temperament are essential to providing a safe and positive environment. Our goal in using daycare was to help our puppy socialize and learn appropriate behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has left us questioning whether the facility’s approach to supervision and group management is in the best interest of the dogs in its care.

I just went on a cruise. I left my dog for the first time at Cherry Hill K9 resort for a week. I got her used to coming here by bringing her for the doggie daycare before our trip. I could not be happier. She was well taken care of. I will definitely bring her back. This has been the best experience I've ever had with boarding a dog. I like to thank the staff personally everybody knew her by name and treated her like family Thanks again for taking care of my baby Edit: Im going on another cruise and have to board my baby again. I took her back to Cherry Hill K9 resort for playtime so she can get acquainted with everyone before I leave her for my trip. My dog did not want to leave when I picked her up. I took her outside and she sat at the front door trying to go back in for more fun. I had to bribe her with treats to leave. I am so glad she had a great time. It makes me feel at ease to leave her when I go on vacation Thanks again, Joe
