We have an eight-month-old Boxer puppy who is full of energy and loves interacting with other dogs. We have been taking him to K9 Resorts in the hope of helping him develop good socialization skills and learn to interact appropriately with other dogs. When we picked him up, we were informed that he was no longer…
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at K9 Resorts! My dogs were so well cared for, loved, and treated like family. From the wonderful staff to the clean and welcoming environment, I felt completely comfortable knowing my fur babies were in good hands.
Our dog Abby is always excited to go to K9 Resort! She goes for playtime and boarding! She is a rescue and has many quirks, but her needs are always met there!
We had an excellent experience with the front desk and my dog was well treated. I highly recommend this place.
I just went on a cruise. I left my dog for the first time at Cherry Hill K9 resort for a week. I got her used to coming here by bringing her for the doggie daycare before our trip. I could not be happier. She was well taken care of. I will definitely bring her back. This has been the best experience I've ever had…
The only place I will use to board my dogs. It is home away from home. The dogs are safe and well taken care of. While I am on vacation my dogs are on vacation too and my girl was happy when picked up today. The place is clean and smells good. The dogs are treated with love and have one on one care if you…
Very attentive and dedicated staff. Smooth on-boarding process and user friendly website.
Went for tour. Facility is immaculate. Staff was professional and clearly love what they do.
I can’t say enough great things about the staff at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Cherry Hill. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the dogs in their care. While I was on vacation, they even sent me several photos of my dog enjoying their own little vacation, which gave me so much peace…
K9 Resorts gives us peace of mind when we board our dog. We know she’s safe and cared for. When we pick her up she’s calm and relaxed.
K9 resorts is very clean and adequately staffed who are friendly and helpful.
I’ve been bringing my Great Dane, Dolly, to K9 Resorts for years, and now my new puppy, Jett, whenever I’m away on biz trips or vacation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff. They are always welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely caring, giving me complete peace of mind that my dogs are…
Excellent! Our dog, Jax, is a regular here in the daycare, but was boarded for the first time last week while we were traveling. We were a bit nervous about leaving him for the week, but were thrilled to see how well he did! The staff are always so patient and kind with him, and the facility is consistently clean and well run!
I’ve been taking my fur babies here since they first opened and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. There’s no other LUXURY pet resort that exists in South Jersey. The staff here are THE BEST; they care for your pups as if they were their own which gives you peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy your vacation. If…
4 stars only because I wish it had cameras. The pamper package with a photo in their suite isn’t the same as being able to see your fur baby. Their are so many affordable cameras and apps to make this happen ;) However, I am Impressed so far! Katie was so nice & went out of her way to show me around & answer all my…
Boarded our dog here for an out of town wedding where all our usual caretakers would also be. Our dog has never been boarded in the almost 9 years we’ve had her. She was happy when we picked her up - almost sad she had to leave looking back as she walked to the car. If she needs boarding again, she’ll be back! My…
Everyone is so friendly and very efficient. They treat my boy like their own. My dog always goes and comes back happy!!
Finn and Cooper had a wonderful first stay at K9 Pet Hotel! They stayed in the luxury suite, and we loved receiving pictures and seeing how much fun they were having playing with the other dogs. When we picked them up, they were happy, clean, and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend K9 Pet Hotel and will absolutely book again!
Best Staff
Dori knows all his K9 'classmates' and teachers by name. One mention of them, and he’s already at the door! He even cries with excitement as we pull up to the building. He’s always so tuckered out that he goes to bed by himself right after dinner. Finding K9 was honestly the best thing that ever happened to our family.
This is a wonderful place for dogs to stay either during the day or overnight. They take very good care of the dogs and everybody is pleasant to work with.
Asha and Ninja are always so happy to come to K9 Resorts! The staff is great and they come home happy and tired.
Stsff is very welcoming with my dog and she always comes home happy!
My dogs Jackie and Elsa were well taken care of! The facility is beautiful!
We have only boarded with K9 once before, and since then we had one of our boys cross the rainbow bridge. It was sudden, and I had to change a current reservation from two dogs to one. When I called, not only did the young lady on the phone remember my pups, she remembered my Loki specifically.Upon arrival, they…
The managers, front desk and dog caregivers are all extremely kind & truly care for my dogs well being. Marley & Jackpot enjoy their socialization with both private & regular playtime. I feel peace knowing they are loved and come home bathed after a long boarding!!! 💕
Our dog, lavender, loves the staff at K9. It’s a beautiful facility, but the best part is how welcoming the staff makes our dog feel.
K9 Resorts kept my Jackson for an extra night without an additional charge because of the most recent snowstorm. This gave me piece of mind because I was not sure when I would make it home. Also, a staff member showed me photos and videos of him playing in the snow. He is truly taken care of, and I just love that!
we love k9 resorts!! jax mia and macy enjoy daycare and boarding. we have been coming since day one! staff is always friendly, great environment, and cleanliness is top notch.
Our pups enjoyed there vacation at K9 Resorts. We have used them continuously and happy to know they are unsafe hands when we travel.
No complaints. Excellent service.
My dog Sauerkraut definitely had the best time playing with his friends and came home after a week of boarding so tired! We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience especially being away in another country on our honeymoon. We will definitely be using this facility to continue boarding our dog and we…
My very hyper Irish setter stayed at k9 resorts for 5 nights while we went on a cruise. This was my first time boarding her so I had many questions. From the first time calling all the way till we picked her up they were so helpful. I received daily photos and updates. I will definitely use them again.
K9 is such a wonderful place for doggie daycare and boarding. The staff is kind and caring, and it’s clear how much they love the dogs. Our dog gets so excited every time we walk through the door, and it means the world to us. We’re incredibly grateful to have found K9.
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, sincere affection for pets. Dublin loves going to play.
Never had an issue, staff is wonderful and the facilities are top notch. An amazing option for our dog who doesn't get along with other dogs (private play option where it's people play only)
I wish there were more stars to rate a 10 on the scale of 5! I boarded Riley for about 3 weeks at K-9 Resorts of Cherry Hill between Thanksgiving and Christmas while I attended a business conference and had some construction going on in my home. There were no problems, but the staff kept me informed of a couple of…
We love K9 Resorts for both boarding and training. The staff is wonderful and treat our Wolfgang like family. They are top notch in every aspect and would highly recommend.
My Munchkin Has Been Going To K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Cherry Hill For Three Years Now. He Loves It There So Much That He Goes At Least Once a Week. His Excitement Begins As Soon As We Pull Into The Parking Lot. Upon Arrival, We’re Always Greeted by The Amazing Staff. The Staff Are Awesome In Their Dealings with…
My husky loves it here. They are very responsive and seem to care very much about the dogs.
My dog always seems happy here. Comes home just as we left him. Great place for dogs
Expensive, but no other major complaints. The place is noticeably very clean and well-kept. K9 front desk staff wasn't quite as friendly as I would like for a place charging top dollar. If it were my business, I would probably have a sit-down with front desk staff and make sure they're happy with the job and that it's a good fit for them.
First time our dog stayed here and we won’t board her anywhere else! +A service, price and facilities.
Everyone is always very pleasant and my dog can’t wait to get in the door!!!!
Wonderful daycare/boarding. Our dog Gracie loves it. Staff is attentive and responsive. I can travel and have the comfort in knowing that our dog is well taken care of. 5 stars.
Our pug, Popsicle, has a lot of anxiety with other people right now, but he loves K9 Resorts in Cherry Hill. I picked him up today from a last minute overnight and he came out smiling and tail wagging. The staff is super friendly and gives him lots of love. Our first experience using K9 resorts was back in November…
Maverick always comes home happy as can be. It’s always a very pleasant atmosphere! Staff are very friendly and positive. It’s always clean when we are in there.
Amazing experience. The boys love it here and we are so happy they can stay together. We have never felt more comfortable leaving for vacation while they are here
Tavi loves going here!!! And staff is wonderful and can’t wait to bring her back!
If I could give K9 Resorts 100 stars, I would!! My dog Murphy LOVES it here! They are super nice, accommodating, and Murphy is happy and tired when she gets home. I never worry when Murphy is in their care, which is a huge relief as a helicopter dog mom! I always love seeing the fun photos they post on Facebook too! :)
My dog loves it here. He always gets good reviews. He seems to be well known for the year I’ve been taking him to K9 Resorts lol. Very pleased with his visits.
Our dog always loves staying and the staff do a fantastic job!
Pepper loves K9 Cherry Hill, NJ, they are the best! My pup loves vacationing there while we vacation away. Mine is the ham 🌟 at the camera. 🐶
Our dog Bella loves it here. From our perspective this facility is clean and very on top of the dogs and their needs. For boarding they have non crate options which is so amazing for Bella. She would not be ok in a crate. We just love it here!!
Clean facility, staff who loves dog. Fun place for dogs, but also quiet for pups who need that.
We board our sweet Mattie here and couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. They handle her medication, keep us updated, and make sure she is comfortable the whole time. We are so grateful to have a place we trust.
I recently boarded my dog, Bandit, at K-9 Resort and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to making every dog feel comfortable and cared for. They took the time to get to know Bandit and made sure he settled in perfectly. One thing I really…
Our dog loves going here. The staff is friendly and attentive to our dog’s needs. He literally pulls me into the building when we arrive. He’s been to both daycare and boarding and comes back tired and happy every time.
Great care of service had my Shih TZU overnight stay while we were away for two weeks and we felt very secure under the care of this facility.
Excellent staff. Did always comes home happy
Lucy runs happily into K9 for each visit. The staff is always warm, friendly and caring!
It was a great experience. My dog was so happy . I will be boarding him there again when i go on a trip.
The whole boarding process from start to finish was such a great experience! From the introductory phone call to drop off and eventually pick up, the people at K9 made us feel at ease every step of the way. They took the time to explain their care process and what our pets stay would look like. We booked the…
Our go-to boarding spot! My dog always has a great time there and staffing is awesome!
K9 resort is a great place with friendly staff and clean set up. My coworker recommended and I am so glad we got introduced.
We love K9 Resorts. We rest assured that while we’re away our very favorite family member is safe and taken good care of. We wouldn’t pick anywhere else!
I have taken Millie to daycare a few times so far, and also just recently boarded her here. The staff is all incredible, and very friendly. The facility itself is very clean and fancy looking, and the dogs seem to have plenty of space to run around. I recently moved to this area and finding a few facility to trust…
Excellent experience. Visiting family close by. Needed day care for 3 dogs for a few hours. Perfect.
We couldn’t be happier with K9 Resort! We know that Tucker will be well cared for and have the best time. He originally stayed for a week while we were away, and he now goes two days a week for “daycare.” All of the staff are friendly and obviously love and get to know all of the dogs and their families. Highly recommended!
Best dog boarding in the area. I never worry when my little ones are there. Always come home happy and healthy. Great staff, gorgeous facility.
Seems very nice. My dog got home and has been asleep ever since. I’m hoping that means he had a good time and is just worn out.
Absolutely THE Best! Our 5 puppers (4 grand-pups and 1 of our own) had a wonderful stay! The staff was welcoming, courteous, and incredibly attentive to their needs. They even called us to check if we’d make it in time for pick-up due to heavy traffic—such a thoughtful touch! From the moment we dropped them off,…
K9 took great care of Nugget while we were away, especially when she unexpectedly didn’t feel well. I felt they genuinely cared about my dog. They moved her to private play until she was feeling better, monitored her and spent extra time with her which meant a lot. They also contacted me to provide updates which was greatly appreciated!
