Excellent! Our dog, Jax, is a regular here in the daycare, but was boarded for the first time last week while we were traveling. Is there a zero star available? Horrible communication. Ignoring emails with questions. Lack of courtesy. Constant voicemail no one answers phone No one returns calls. Be careful when you deal with this company

I love taking Cody to K-9 because he runs to the door every time go there. If he’s happy to go in then he’s happy to be there. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
Dori knows all his K9 'classmates' and teachers by name. One mention of them, and he’s already at the door! He even cries with excitement as we pull up to the building. He’s always so tuckered out that he goes to bed by himself right after dinner. Finding K9 was honestly the best thing that ever happened to our family.
Asha and Ninja are always so happy to come to K9 Resorts! The staff is great and they come home happy and tired.

I highly recommend K9! My 6yo small poodle visits at least 3-4 times a week. Every morning he runs into the day care. He returns home in a happy exhausted state. The staff care so much about the dogs.
Great facility with friendly and caring staff! It truly feels like sending my dog to a luxury resort. My dog loves to go there to play with her friends, doggies and humans! It has a very large indoor place for dogs to play. Therefore, regardless rain/snow or shine, I know for sure that my Siberian husky will get plenty of running and playing!

Our dog absolutely loves K9! He loves going to “school” (he doesn’t even look back at us when they take him to play) and he really loves his stay-cations! He loves being panpered with playtime with the staff and ice cream treats!
K9 Resorts is a top notch facility. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and knows who each dog is as soon as you come in. The staff seem to genuinely care about what they do and want to see each dog have fun and do well while they are there. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog and wants their dog to have fun in a safe environment.
Just dropped Lily off. I have used the Daycare several times with great success. Lily always seems to like going there and comes out happy. What more can you ask for.

The staff are SUPERB, my fuzz ball was treated with great care and much fun, K9 truly IS THE BEST! Isn’t your dog worth the care and professionalism they deserve.
Expensive, but no other major complaints. The place is noticeably very clean and well-kept. K9 front desk staff wasn't quite as friendly as I would like for a place charging top dollar. If it were my business, I would probably have a sit-down with front desk staff and make sure they're happy with the job and that it's a good fit for them.

If I could give K9 Resorts 100 stars, I would!! My dog Murphy LOVES it here! They are super nice, accommodating, and Murphy is happy and tired when she gets home. I never worry when Murphy is in their care, which is a huge relief as a helicopter dog mom! I always love seeing the fun photos they post on Facebook too! :)

Our dog Bella loves it here. From our perspective this facility is clean and very on top of the dogs and their needs. For boarding they have non crate options which is so amazing for Bella. She would not be ok in a crate. We just love it here!!
