If you know Ingleside, then you know parking is very limited. We bought our home in 2016 and I’ve been wanting to rebuild/expand the driveway ever since. Today my dream driveway came to be!! Now, I don’t speak construction and we hit a few patches communicating about my vision for the driveway, and even when I…
The Kaplan crews were all very professionals and did great quality work.
Had a total driveway replacement. From Joe, my sales executive, to the scheduler, Cesar, everything that was communicated happened in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was excellent, installers were super, the driveway looks fantastic and I know it’ll last a very long time. Thank you, Kaplan!
Kaplan Paving is incredible and I’ll be a lifelong customer! Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided a rapid response to our request for a quote and was so pleasant in conversation. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Joe R was amazing at answering all of my questions and concerns about repair work I need to have done.
Hired Kaplan to replace my driveway and brick paving. From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with the communication, professionalism and the finished product. I have already recommended Kaplan to all of my neighbors. Mark provided a detailed estimate and listened to my ideas and provided guidance and…
From start to finish Kaplan and crew did a fantastic job on the driveway replacement. Highly recommend. Dave and Cari Owners of Sawvell Tree Service
Worked with John Kolkman, Jason, Joe, Megan and Scott Greenberg. Great group. Terrific price. Very happy with their work!
Joe Revelle, from Kaplan came out and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. The process went very smoothly and as expected. Kaplan is to seal coat application on my driveway, about May24th 2023.
This company is the bomb! Top notch crews and customer service. You need any of their services, choose Kaplan!
I was in need of a new driveway. Contacted 3 firms. One took a week to get back, after calling and emailing them, they did apologize. Another firm took 10 minutes and said the girls will get back to me Highest estimate of the lower quality). Kaplan set a time & date. Billy (sale rep.) showed up on time, he took the…
Robert Kearns was my representative for the project and was very professional, on time and explained everything thoroughly. The team arrived as scheduled, handled the removal or the old driveway and installation of the new one flawlessly. I can't think of anything they could have done better. I'm also VERY glad I…
From start to finish the crew at Kaplan paving was awesome to deal with, out of all the companies we received estimates from they were the ONLY one to answer all the how and why questions and gave a FULL break down of all the work being done, not just 5 lines and a price which is what we got from other companies.…
BEST SUMMED UP IN MY THANK YOU LETTER TO KAPLAN: "I can not thank you all enough everyone from the start of this to the end was a pleasure to deal with! Your teams for removal and install both went above and beyond what I had expected they were just fantastic to watch work. Every aspect of doing this you folks…
They replaced my driveway which due to time and poor gutter drainage had a 3 in. gap between the garage floor and the driveway . The salesman, Robert Kearns, knows his stuff did an excellent job in explaining what would be done and why and the price was very good. Beckie and Kelly in the office helped with…
Tammy was just outstanding! Gave great advice and was very professional! Highly recommend them!
I worked with Jen Bell from Kaplan paving. She has amazing customer experience skills. My driveway is on a steep hill and has drainage issues. She made sure my driveway was properly assessed to address the drainage issues. She was very patient in addressing a few change orders we requested and made the updates…
Kaplan did a great job redoing my asphalt driveway and repairing/sealing my pavers for the sidewalks and back patio. Robert (the salesperson) was timely and helpful in providing the quote for my driveway and then noticed some issues with my pavers (I had no idea that those issues could be fixed, so that was a huge…
Robert helped me to finish this job. I got all the details correct and the work was done on time! Excellent job done! I am moving to the second job with them!
Had a 25 year old asphalt driveway that I wanted to replace and expand. Had saw my neighbors replacing theirs and after a few years the poor quality was evident. My goal was to do it once and not worry about having to do it again. Working with Billy and Jason to price it out and get what I wanted was a great and…
Was very happy with the over all process! Driveway turned out great! Thank you for the great customer service!
This is my first experience with Kaplan Paving. My personal contact is Jennifer Bell and I highly recommend her! She is most knowledgeable, personable and professional. Jennifer also is most helpful and patient. She is very accomplished in her field and has been a pleasure to work with. I have referred friends and…
Jennifer is the best at her job, she listened to my needs not tell me what i need. She worked around my schedule and was very informative every step of the way. A+++ in my book, i have done two driveways with them now and will continue to work with Kaplan and Jennifer for all of my asphalt needs.
From the beginning to the end of the driveway, removal of the old asphalt, regrading to proper elevation, to the new asphalt, all done professionally at a price $1,000. less the a competitive bid. This was truly a turn- key operation with Kaplan handling all the city's permits and requirements.
Kaplan was as advertised. The quote was accurate. The service was fast and the folks who arrived for instal were courteous and professional. No issues here! Robert was easy to work with I would recommend them (and have) to anyone looking for a solid company with a lot of experience to put in a driveway.
Selected Kaplan Paving to expand and repave our asphalt driveway as well as replace two concrete stoops. Robert (salesperson) was very informative during our initial consult. He took the time to explain the project details and pricing as well as the entire process from permitting to site preparation and ongoing…
Sales person, Robert Kearns, did a good job explaining the process, pricing, and options. Removal of old driveway showed we needed to have all new base and grading done which doubled the quote. Some what expected, but not to that extent. I do not blame sales person as they would have no way of knowing until the…
Kaplan paving designed and installed our back patio and driveway. They are extremely professional, friendly and reliable. Joe Revelle is a wonderful resource for the stonework. His knowledge and expertise was definitely needed during the process. If you are designing something new, Kaplan has all of the…
From the estimate Forrest Thrawl gave us, working with everyone at Kaplan Paving to plan our new driveway, the actual excavation and base prep to the final laying of the asphalt we had a great, professional experience. Once the project began the work was done as we requested and everyone worked together to leave our…

We talked to other paving companies and Joe really sold us on Kaplan.…
Two day removal / install process. Totally hands-off process from Kaplan. They handle the permit and approval process. Smooth and quick and the installers are hard working and courteous. Thank you Billy and Beckie for great customer service and support!
In 2019 Kaplan Paving fixed a 7 foot section of our driveway that was sinking, their work was 5 star quality work. We reached out again for an estimate to have our entire driveway replaced. Forrest Thrawl met with us and provided a detailed estimate. Forrest was extremely professional and explained our options…
Excellent company…shop no further. Called for quote - appointment scheduled and on-site visit within 2-days. Jill was awesome…provided guidance on getting permit and sent quote within hours. Job was scheduled and timeframe met as stated - earlier actually; looks awesome. Very satisfied.
Our salesmen, Robert Kearns was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The crew were also professional and cleaned up. Our driveway looks great and we look forward to the seal coating to complete our project. The inside staff was also…
This business is unresponsive to phone calls and does not fulfill their appointments. I should've known better than trying to get my driveway seal coated by Kaplan a couple weeks ago. I had numerous difficulties with them a few years ago when I got a driveway extended with additional asphalt and sealcoating. They…
