Joe was super helpful! I highly recommend asking for him when calling Kaplan paving!
Graham was the absolute best to work with and I would recommend Graham and Kaplan to anyone. The quality of the work I received from Kaplan paving was fantastic.
Overall disappointing experience with Kaplan and Express Sealcoating. I will not return as a customer! I will start with the good thing - the quality of work seems to be decent - no complaints. My aggravation comes from their customer service rep and the primitive scheduling system they use. I scheduled sealcoating…
Kaplan Paving’s professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding. The team's efficiency, timely completion, and excellent customer service were commendable. I highly recommend Kaplan Paving, especially Ronak Baxi, for anyone seeking top-notch paving services.
Worked with John Kolkman, Jason, Joe, Megan and Scott Greenberg. Great group. Terrific price. Very happy with their work!
My experience with both "BILLY AND LARS" at Kaplan Paving was by far the very best!!! Also "TRICIA" at Kaplan Paving was always taking care of document preparation and scheduling. From my first phone call with Billy he was very professional, answered my many questions, came out to survey my current driveway before…
Kaplan did a great job redoing my asphalt driveway and repairing/sealing my pavers for the sidewalks and back patio. Robert (the salesperson) was timely and helpful in providing the quote for my driveway and then noticed some issues with my pavers (I had no idea that those issues could be fixed, so that was a huge…
Selected Kaplan Paving to expand and repave our asphalt driveway as well as replace two concrete stoops. Robert (salesperson) was very informative during our initial consult. He took the time to explain the project details and pricing as well as the entire process from permitting to site preparation and ongoing…
Kaplan paving designed and installed our back patio and driveway. They are extremely professional, friendly and reliable. Joe Revelle is a wonderful resource for the stonework. His knowledge and expertise was definitely needed during the process. If you are designing something new, Kaplan has all of the…
This business is unresponsive to phone calls and does not fulfill their appointments. I should've known better than trying to get my driveway seal coated by Kaplan a couple weeks ago. I had numerous difficulties with them a few years ago when I got a driveway extended with additional asphalt and sealcoating. They…
They never showed up last year, why did we take a chance and hire them for this year? Lapsed Judgement I suppose. You can never get a hold of them and this seems unprofessional and unacceptable. I want to shout all over Mchenry county , “ Don’t hire them , it’s wasted time and aggravation. “ Still waiting for my payment to be returned, btw, . 🤨
Carlton did an awesome job sealcoating our driveway. Very happy with the quality and he deserves mention.
I had a great experience with Kaplan paving. Communication and scheduling with Shannon and Joe Revelle was great. They were very accommodative and the product looks fabulous. I highly recommend this firm.
Joe Revelle at Kaplan Paving is amazing. He goes above and beyond for every client of his. I have used him for both personal and professional jobs. I can count on him for a competitive bid, responsive timing, quality work, and his professionalism. The entire team at Kaplan are more than capable and wonderful to work with!
