We have used Kearsley Appliance several times in the past (mainly for our old washer), which is why we called them again when our 3-4 year old refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling/freezing the other day. They have always been helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very fair on all pricing.…

They were very knowledgeable and prompt. Would not hesitate to use them again.
The service rep was professional, and timely. We did not have to wait weeks for a representative to come out to our home, it was the next day. He had to order parts but we should know if it’s a complete fix in a week or so. Very happy so far!
Very nice young man. So professional and polite and knowledgeable.
The person that came and serviced my refrigerator was so nice & respectful. He moved expeditiously too . Thank you for everything
The gentleman that came was very professional and was genuinely concerned and tried to fix it. I guess it needs a circuit board hopefully THOR will send parts quickly.
