Although our washer wasn't repaired, our technician was really helpful and thorough in diagnosing the problem with our washer and giving us an estimate to have it repaired. She was professional, kind with the many questions my young son would ask while watching her work, and even encouraged him to watch and ask questions.
Service person was prompt,proficient,and courteous.
Michelle was amazing and quick, also had no problem working around the chaos of kids! Will have Kearlsey Appliances back anytime we need a repair!
