Justin was great. He was polite, professional answered all my questions and helped me to decide about repair vs replace with his knowledge and expertise. I would definitely use them again. My only caveat was calling on a Wed and not getting a visit until the following Tues.
Justin the technician was friendly, on time & very efficient. He had the problem diagnosed in minutes and repaired very quickly.
Justin did an outstanding job fixing my washing machine! He came prepared with the right parts, quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He even made sure the machine was level before finishing. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I'll definitely call Kearsley Appliance Repair again for any future appliance repairs.
Justin was prompt, on time, friendly, and fixed the issue quickly. He had a female staff with him as well which I appreciated even though Justin appears very safe and trustworthy. Would recommend to others.
