Love Keaton - straight talk, trust. Made appt- was on time and efficient. You won’t get the feeling of being overcharged or being told you need work done that is not true. I have been a customer for several years for both my personal and business vehicles and it has been a wonderful overall experience. The work quality, communication, and responsiveness is really impressive. While no business is perfect, any issues I have ever had over the years have been addressed quickly and fairly.
Wasn’t happy to spend that much money on this truck but Keeton’s did a great job getting it back running. Pickup after hours was smooth with their lock box. I trust them it was done well!
I stopped in as my F150 was throwing codes and I was quite worried. They took in the truck and provided me a loaner car which was a lifesaver as I did not have another vehicle and needed to go places. They did an excellent job and kept me posted and I really appreciated all of their work!

My F-150 with 140k miles was making a grinding sound in the front wheel area on Wednesday. I called Keeton up on Thursday and by Friday they had repaired the IWE and front wheel hubs associated with my 4x4. No more grinding and I was able to make it to a family Christmas in Jeff City. Kelly was super kind and helpful when my engine failed and I rolled into their place. They were able to work me in! Unfortunately my engine was not salvageable and had to be towed to dealership but customer service was very compassionate and kind. 😁👍🏻
