I really appreciate the team over at Keeton Auto repair. Their service advisors communicate needs well. The technicians always leave the car clean on the inside I never have to clean greasy handprints off my door handles or steering wheel like I've had to at other places in the past.
This business is outstanding! We were visiting out of state. My husband's pickup truck had a major problem develop while I was driving it. Being a female and illiterate to mechanical problems I called an Auto Zone. They recommended Keeton Auto. I called and spoke with Tom who was extremely helpful and understanding.…
Friendly, efficient and honest. Great experience with Keeton Auto Repair.
I am grateful to have a place that I can trust to work on my car. They are competent and trustworthy.
Wasn’t happy to spend that much money on this truck but Keeton’s did a great job getting it back running. Pickup after hours was smooth with their lock box. I trust them it was done well!
Great family business, they recently hosted our Cub Scouts for a tour of their shop. Can’t say enough great things about their company and the service they provide.
First time customer and felt that I was treated with respect and that they wanted to help me with my car issues. I just got the car back so it is too early to tell how well they did the job. I’m hoping that all is well and I can go back for future business.
Great service as always. Easy to make appointments online. I appreciate receiving inspection results and receipt electronically.
They do good work are friendly and honest.
12/2023 Have been taking vehicles there for several years. I still stand by my previous review. Locally owned business. Easy to make appointments. Large shop. Well staffed so they are able to get me in quickly. Waiting area is clean. They give you a detailed written estimate and don’t use any sales/scare tactics.…
I've used Keeton for years - great service, fair prices...love the thorough inspections backed by photos that help ensure you're getting the repairs and services you need - nothing more and nothing less.
Always a pleasant experience. They are prompt and honest. They provide details on diagnostics but are not pushy about doing all the work.
Great people. Great service. Great services. And a free Nespresso coffee machine in the waiting room! Love it all.
Great job.
This company provides excellent information and pictures about repairs and service needed on a vehicle. They can quickly provide estimates for repairs. They have a Quality Control check after the vehicle service. The quality of the work is very high. I would recommend this company to friends.
Nice people and close to our home. But pricing is higher than taking vehicle to dealership.
Very happy for the customer service, very professional and accommodating.
Every went very well. Good experience
Keeton Automotive has been a mixed bag of experiences for me. The good: the customer service staff is personable and helpful. The quality of the actual work done has been good each time. If you search and shop, they have decent specials and coupons once in a while. They will do exactly what they tell you they will.…
