great job in a very timely manner
I have been a customer for several years for both my personal and business vehicles and it has been a wonderful overall experience. The work quality, communication, and responsiveness is really impressive. While no business is perfect, any issues I have ever had over the years have been addressed quickly and fairly.
Wasn’t happy to spend that much money on this truck but Keeton’s did a great job getting it back running. Pickup after hours was smooth with their lock box. I trust them it was done well!
Great service, great communication
We’ve found Keeton to be trustworthy and transparent and to do a great job.
Good shop. Trustworthy Thanks to Tanner for helping us!
I sought out a purchase inspection for my 2008 Mustang that I have had since it was manufactured with no problems in 17 years. I was sure that it needed a health check and wanted to look at "I need this done now" or "this issue can wait" so as to spread the expense over time. Dropped the car off and the next day I…

Very good seevice
12/2023 Have been taking vehicles there for several years. I still stand by my previous review. Locally owned business. Easy to make appointments. Large shop. Well staffed so they are able to get me in quickly. Waiting area is clean. They give you a detailed written estimate and don’t use any sales/scare tactics.…
Great service, courteous staff. I will be using Keeton Auto in the future.
Fast and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing.
Staff was personable, communicative and friendly. Really appreciated the text and pictures of the car. Would suggest going to video with comments by the mechanics. Their pricing is fair and asked before proceeding with any additional work needed. I will continue to use Keeton.
Meeting went above and beyond to make sure all necessary work was done to my vehicle. They kept me informed at every step which I much appreciated.
Service was great and the people very friendly and had my car running like new
Always enjoy my experience at Keeton Auto Repair. They are prompt in communication and are quick to get my car in when needed. The only mishap I had was a small grease mark on my light fabric seat, but they cleaned this for me as soon as it was noticed!
Courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Always on time and the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend
Work was done correctly yes
Keeton takes care of all of our kids cars...very transparent and reasonable. We can have a thought fun conversation about choices with safety being the most important thing.
We asked Keeton's shop to check out a used vehicle we were considering. After receiving a pretty thorough report, with a few items needing repair, we purchased the vehicle. We then asked Keeton to perform the needed repairs, and were very happy with the service.
