Love Keaton - straight talk, trust. Made appt- was on time and efficient. You won’t get the feeling of being overcharged or being told you need work done that is not true. You get a detailed report with images of their findings and recommendations before any work is done. They know more about cars than I do..I trust them
I would recommend Keeton Auto for honest, reliable service. I am a widowed woman and not very knowledgeable about cars and repairs needed.I have been “taken” by another garage in the past. They were very helpful and showed me the results of their inspection. I thought I had given them a coupon for a discount but I…
I’ve taken my older SUV in twice this summer, and have found them to be very fair and easy to work with. My issues were resolved the first time and I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.
This place is in a convenient location. The business is clean and professional, especially for an auto shop. They got my son's car in for many repairs and returned to us in a timely fashion. Their communication was top notch too! I would recommend.
Service is always great and the staff is always friendly. While I know prices are going up, I think they try to hold the line on costs where they can.
This was our first visit to KAR. I'm always a bit skeptical when getting my car serviced for fear of being misled into spending a lot of money on repairs that I don't understand or really need. For whatever reason, I felt very comfortable after speaking to Tom C. There was no pressure at all to complete all the…
Keeton continues to be the best car repair resource in South JoCo. Excellent service and good people! Still great service! They needed 3 days for brake, rotor work and a few other things, provided a loaner car for all 3 days. Much appreciated! Excellent service, fast, friendly, professional. Went in for an oil…
Excellent customer service! They gave a thorough inspection and breakdown of things they found with pictures included. Tom was so helpful and explained things to me more in depth and helped me see what was needed to be done quickly and anything else that could wait or was more on the maintenance side! Highly…
I have been a customer for several years for both my personal and business vehicles and it has been a wonderful overall experience. The work quality, communication, and responsiveness is really impressive. While no business is perfect, any issues I have ever had over the years have been addressed quickly and fairly.
Keeton continues to give excellent service, awesome customer service and all with a smile!! Highly recommend these folks! Keeton once again saved the day!! Took my Subaru in this week and had diagnostic run. Have several issues. It was suggested I take my car to a dealership and have them check it out - see…
This is my first experience with Keeton and they were outstanding. I had a series of repairs and they detailed all of what was needed - what options I had - and then proceeded and completed the work before it was committed - just great great!
Keenan team is great! Was able to get.our car in fix the problem and get it back to us.
Always very accommodating - great service.
They found the problem and repaired it the first time. Super nice people.
I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra SR to Keeton Auto Repair after spotting an oil leak, and I am genuinely glad I did. Their team ran a far more detailed diagnostic than the main dealer managed and at a much more reasonable price. They walked me through exactly where the leak was coming from, how serious it was, and…
David was very friendly and also very upfront and honest about the needed repairs. They took great care of our cars and did a quality job. We have been using Keeton for many years and we highly recommend them.
The most important aspect of hiring a mechanic…. Is finding someone you can trust. Keeton Auto❣️
Had a great experience and they got the work done and efficiently! Definitely coming back! Tom and the team were great 👍
Great service, great communication
I was in the area for a work conference when my car broke down. I had no idea where to have it towed and towed it here. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. David called promptly the next morning, listened intently, relayed everything to make sure he hadn’t missed anything and was honest about timing…
Great service and it was done in good time!
Quick, clean, at a good price
First time customer and felt that I was treated with respect and that they wanted to help me with my car issues. I just got the car back so it is too early to tell how well they did the job. I’m hoping that all is well and I can go back for future business.
Great service as always. Easy to make appointments online. I appreciate receiving inspection results and receipt electronically.

12/2023 Have been taking vehicles there for several years. I still stand by my previous review. Locally owned business. Easy to make appointments. Large shop. Well staffed so they are able to get me in quickly. Waiting area is clean. They give you a detailed written estimate and don’t use any sales/scare tactics.…

Customer service was great. Pleasant waiting room. Very timely.
They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff that get your appointment done on time that they have quoted you on how long the project will take. They have fair pricing, and you can trust the mechanics and their word.
Actually it was my husband who used your services. Don't know exactly what was done but I do know that he was very satisfied with the service he received
Great people. Great service. Great services. And a free Nespresso coffee machine in the waiting room! Love it all.
I had what I considered an emergency on the worst cold and snowy day in history and Larry was awesome! Very reassuring and confident .and told me it was no problem! They were friendly, thorough and prompt in getting back to me on what was the problem and what needed to be done. They even gave me a ride to and from…
Oil change and air conditioner repair
Keeton Auto Repair went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I took my vehicle in for a quick oil change and tire rotation the day before we were planning to leave on a family vacation in which we were planning to drive to the east coast. Keeton found that my tires were worn to an unsafe level. I asked if they could replace…
They were able to work us in for a safety issue we had with the car. Good information on what was needed.
Forgot to update sticker at agreed upon mileage. Otherwise good quality work and communication.
