Love Keaton - straight talk, trust. Made appt- was on time and efficient. You won’t get the feeling of being overcharged or being told you need work done that is not true. You get a detailed report with images of their findings and recommendations before any work is done. They know more about cars than I do..I trust them
Great to find a local business who can handle all my car needs. Friendly fast and knowledgeable. We will be back!!
They did a great job on my Buick. Very professional and the price they quoted was the price I paid. Saved me money from what the dealer quoted me.
I would recommend Keeton Auto for honest, reliable service. I am a widowed woman and not very knowledgeable about cars and repairs needed.I have been “taken” by another garage in the past. They were very helpful and showed me the results of their inspection. I thought I had given them a coupon for a discount but I…
Disgusted with the service department at the dealer I was looking for another service provider. A mailer from this place came with several coupons on it and I decided to try it. The car went in at the appointment time and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The only drawback was I waited while the service…
This business is outstanding! We were visiting out of state. My husband's pickup truck had a major problem develop while I was driving it. Being a female and illiterate to mechanical problems I called an Auto Zone. They recommended Keeton Auto. I called and spoke with Tom who was extremely helpful and understanding.…
I’ve taken my older SUV in twice this summer, and have found them to be very fair and easy to work with. My issues were resolved the first time and I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.
I received a coupon for an oil change, scheduled an appointment, took car in for oil change. My one star review is for the deep gouge in the leather steering wheel, that was not previously there. I brought it to the shops attention before leaving, a tech was asked about it, and it was determined that no one gouged…
Excellent Service, Honest and professional. This is my second or third visit and I will return.
I had my oil changed here recently, and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. They did a thorough job, got me in and out quickly, and didn’t try to pressure me into buying services I didn’t need. Their prices were very reasonable, and I really appreciated how…
Excellent customer service! They gave a thorough inspection and breakdown of things they found with pictures included. Tom was so helpful and explained things to me more in depth and helped me see what was needed to be done quickly and anything else that could wait or was more on the maintenance side! Highly…
Friendly, efficient and honest. Great experience with Keeton Auto Repair.
I paid for a 4 wheel alignment and oil change, only got a 2 wheel alignment and oil change oil level was slightly low and the engine for the first time in its 70,000 miles rattled when i started it the next day which prompted me to check the oil level. It has no leaks of any kind. (All of these they claim the do)…
I think it is important to have a mechanic that provides great service, thorough work, and that you feel you can trust. Since I moved to Kansas that has been Keeton Auto Repair.
I’m a new customer and will be a future customer. Oil change was completed and a thorough written “health checkup” was provided. Service that should have been completed at 30,000 or our just attained 50,000 miles. Absolutely no pressure—just a list of suggested preventative maintenance. The facility was clean,…
I have been a customer for several years for both my personal and business vehicles and it has been a wonderful overall experience. The work quality, communication, and responsiveness is really impressive. While no business is perfect, any issues I have ever had over the years have been addressed quickly and fairly.
As always Keeton does amazing work! They’re fast, efficient and professional! Always trust them!
I am grateful to have a place that I can trust to work on my car. They are competent and trustworthy.
Good people good deal. I will return.
Had my first oil change here. Usually have Lexus service my car. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy using Keeton to perform the oil change. The inspection result report that came with the oil change was detailed including pictures. Similar to my experiences with Lexus. I will be back.
Very thorough report provided on ‘health’ of vehicle. Even simple procedures go through quality control checks before return. Work done promptly and at a fair price.
This was my first time visit to this shop. It was a wonderful experience . I had a serious oil leak, one that any disreputable shop could have easily fleeced me over. These folks found that my leak was solely related to an oil filter that had failed, with a regular oil-change being the simple remedy. The…
I went to Keeton's back in Dec 2025 explaining my needs. I was looking to get away from the more expensive dealership environment. We made an appointment for end of March. When I got to the shop in March, I felt like I was an old customer. David took my info, we discussed what I needed, I got a loaner and off I…
Been taking my vehicles to Keeton for service for a number of years - essentially since they opened. Always feel like I get a competitive and honest quote. Tom, the shop manager, is always helpful and willing to explain various aspects of the quote/job/etc. I recently had my brakes serviced (all pads and rotors…
Good service as always.
Didn't go well at first but David helped to smooth things out. Very happy with how everything turned out. Car is running great!
Always very accommodating - great service.
They found the problem and repaired it the first time. Super nice people.
Very friendly service and good prices!
Keeton Auto has always been my go to service and repair shop! They are priced fair and transparent with all work. The inspection reports are well documented and have pictures confirming all aspects. Available loaner vehicles are such an awesome touch. Makes getting service convenient.
Thank you for hosting the scouts visit. It was very educational for the kids and got my son interested in car maintenance. If (when) we have work needed on our cars, we will be back! Thank you for investing the time with us.
David was very friendly and also very upfront and honest about the needed repairs. They took great care of our cars and did a quality job. We have been using Keeton for many years and we highly recommend them.
Always honest. Always fair.
A great small business! I cannot say enough great things about the owner David. He opened the shop and hosted our Cub Scout den on his day off and gave them a private course in auto maintenance. He made it fun, educational, and hands on! This is the type of person and business that I am proud to support - one who…
I continue to use Keeton Auto Repair for all of my automotive needs. They provide a complete and thorough analysis and perform great service as described in that analysis. Would Highly recommend Keeton Auto Repair to everyone. Thanks again.
Great service, friendly staff, highly recommend!
The maintenance person reset all my maintenance when they only changed my oil filter. Now I will never know the right time for my other maintenance warning!!! I’m left with 100% of everything on my maintenance panel like they just did all the maintenance. I basically lost track of all my maintenance list. Amazing work!
Fast, friendly service!
Great service, great communication
I have used David and Lauren Keeton’s Auto Repair Business to service my 2014 KIA Forte over the course of several years. I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 and decided to have them service it for the very first time since I bought it. They are quite dependable and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an…
