Keeton Auto Repair for wheel alignment

This was our first visit to KAR. I'm always a bit skeptical when getting my car serviced for fear of being misled into spending a lot of money on repairs that I don't understand or really need. For whatever reason, I felt very comfortable after speaking to Tom C. There was no pressure at all to complete all the…
I paid for a 4 wheel alignment and oil change, only got a 2 wheel alignment and oil change oil level was slightly low and the engine for the first time in its 70,000 miles rattled when i started it the next day which prompted me to check the oil level. It has no leaks of any kind. (All of these they claim the do)…
I went to Keeton's back in Dec 2025 explaining my needs. I was looking to get away from the more expensive dealership environment. We made an appointment for end of March. When I got to the shop in March, I felt like I was an old customer. David took my info, we discussed what I needed, I got a loaner and off I…
Good service as always.
Amazing service. This is the third time have used them. I bought four new tires this time. Gave me a quote on a total of five different brands on short notice within minutes. Had my tires ordered and schedule for service within 48 hours. No pressure and very informative.Found an issue with my front wheel bearings…
Fast and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing.
Very happy for the customer service, very professional and accommodating.
Always enjoy my experience at Keeton Auto Repair. They are prompt in communication and are quick to get my car in when needed. The only mishap I had was a small grease mark on my light fabric seat, but they cleaned this for me as soon as it was noticed!
Have used Keeton for routine services for several years. Vehicle inspections are thorough and I have found to be fair. Easy to deal with; prices are reasonable - but inquire about incidental shop fees.
Over the past several months I have been to Keeton Auto Repair multiple times. Tim, Lauren, and David are all excellent to interact with over the phone and in person. The garage is almost always full and cars out in the lot which I think is a testament to their good work and professionalism. I haven’t had issues…
I've been going to Keeton for about 5 years now. They are consistent, reliable, honest, and professional. They are great!
First time car owner, don't know much about cars but I trust I can come to Keeton's and they will tell me what needs to happen and not try to oversell anything to me! I very much appreciate that the oil changes come with seasonal inspections since I have no idea what maintenance I should be keeping an eye on for the car.
We were very pleased with the quality and great result we received recently making our car like new again after extremely worn tires from alignment issues. It feels and runs like new. We appreciate you letting us know what was needed by pictures and your professional advice. We are grateful and recommend your services to others!
The staff were very nice, office was clean. One of the owners even contacted me after to see how my experience was. I took the car in for an oil change, alignment, and a squeaking noise when I turned on the car after sitting idle. Visit 1 - oil changed, car aligned, belt replaced - $375. Still hearing squeak.…
Our family has been going to Keeton Auto Repair exclusively after some poor work via a local Ford dealership encouraged us to look elsewhere. Our cars have never performed better! Both of our cars, a 2011 Ford Edge Sport AWD with appx. 131K miles and a recently sold 2013 Lincoln MKZ AWD 3.7L with appx. 58K miles,…
They sent pictures of my problems, called and emailed me the pricing, As well as explained the problems, told me how long it would take & when I’d have my car back, were courteous and timely.
