We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Keith Clay Floors. We love our unique Vermont slate flooring, but it is virtually impossible to find a good contractor who knows how to maintain it. Over the years, we’ve had varied experiences with people who didn’t know how to clean or seal slate, so…

I highly recommend Keith Clay Floors. They did a fantastic job repairing, re-staining, and re-sealing my saltillo tile floor. The floor had not been refinished in over 20 years, and was possibly original to the house (1954).

Keith Clay Floors has cleaned and resurfaced our brick pavers several times. This company does excellent work and Keith Clay is the BEST!
We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Keith Clay Floors. We love our unique Vermont slate flooring, but it is virtually impossible to find a good contractor who knows how to maintain it. Over the years, we’ve had varied experiences with people who didn’t know how to clean or seal slate, so we were thrilled to have found Keith and his team (shout out to Larry!). They definitely know what they’re doing and our floors are stunning. In addition, Keith answered any questions we had and obliged any requests I had for extra attention in certain areas, etc. Keith Clay Floors has our business in the future!

I contacted Keith via website, and he promptly called me to set up an estimate. Keith and his colleague Larry were knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. They replaced five tiles, which seamlessly blend with the original tiles. The entire process start to finish took one week. I am highly satisfied with the speed, quality, and cost of the work.
I've included pictures of the finished product and how the floor looked before the work.

Keith did an awesome job on our very old very worn Saltillo tile. We were nervous but he continued to educate us as Saltillo tile is very different and has its own special way of being restored. Our tile looks so much better than how it started!! Keith was very thorough!

Keith Clay did an awesome job on the wood floors in my old home. Keith and his team were very polite and did excellent work. It was so exciting seeing them bring the 80 year old wood floors back to life. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your flooring needs. Thanks Keith!

Had new Saltillo tile floors installed through out the house as part of a remodel. Needed to find someone that had experience with this type of flooring to seal the tile. That’s how wecame across Keith Clay Floors. Keith did excellent work on the tile, thoroughly explaining the process ahead of time, answering all my questions and providing updates throughout the project. His bid was extremely competitive and his excellent work speaks for itself. The man clearly is passionate about his business and it shows. If you need any flooring work done I can 100% recommend Keith Clay Floors.

Keith Clay did an amazing job on our home. We had cement floors. Over the years, they had developed cracks. Keith came in and completely restored them, adding a metallic look withe epoxy finish. Our floors now look like luxurious marble. We highly recommend him.
