Kelly Window and Door did a fantastic job replacing our bathroom transom window with a built-in blinds window! The entire process was smooth and professional from sales to installation. Our installer, Dan, did an absolutely incredible job. He was courteous, informative, and took extra care with our belongings when moving them out of the way. He also left the work area immaculately clean when he was finished. Kelly has now replaced all but two windows in our house. We are already looking forward to doing those final two as custom windows with them. Highly recommend!
Thank you, Michelle! We're so glad to hear that you had a fantastic experience with us and that Dan made such a positive impression during your installation. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you with those final two custom windows!
Exceptional Service, Honest Sales, and Top-Tier Quality! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kelly Window and Door. When shopping around for replacement windows, every other company I spoke with pushed aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. They either refused to take the job unless I replaced every window in the entire house, or they quoted astronomical prices just to do a couple. Kelly Window and Door was a breath of fresh air. From day one, there was zero sales pressure. They were more than happy to work with my specific project scope and replace just the windows I needed, all at a fair, reasonable price. The installation crew was outstanding. They were punctual, extremely kind, highly professional, and respected my property by thoroughly cleaning up after themselves once the job was finished. The product quality is top-notch, and the service is unmatched. I highly recommend Kelly Window and Door to anyone looking for home upgrades—they’ve earned a customer for life! Matt
Thank you, Matt! We're grateful for your kind words and thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team. It's fantastic to know that our approach and service made a difference for you. We're here for any future home upgrades you may need!
